Job Description
Summary Introduction: The Enterprise Architect will play a key role in shaping and driving the organization’s enterprise architecture, aligning it with the overall business strategy and digital transformation initiatives. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and program management skills to lead teams and drive successful architecture initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enterprise Architecture Design & Strategy: Lead the development, implementation, and refinement of the enterprise architecture strategy.
- NORA Implementation: Utilize your expertise in NORA to implement national-level reference architectures.
- Visualization of Growth & Future Architecture Models: Visualize and model the future state of enterprise architecture.
- Digital Transformation Alignment: Leverage your knowledge of Saudi Arabia’s digital transformation frameworks.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Leadership: Foster strong relationships with business and IT leaders.
- Actionable Recommendations: Translate complex, technical architecture concepts into clear recommendations.
- Program/Project Management: Lead the management and execution of enterprise architecture initiatives.
- Continuous Improvement & Innovation: Monitor and refine the enterprise architecture over time.
- Governance & Compliance: Establish and enforce architecture governance standards.
- Mentorship & Knowledge Sharing: Provide mentorship to other architects and technical teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or any related discipline.
- More than 5 years of experience in enterprise architecture.
- More than 10 years of experience in information technology field.
- Experience with EA Tools.
- TOGAF 9 Certified Certification is must.
- ArchiMate Practitioner and PMP “ preferable”.
