Your Role:

As an Enterprise Architect, you will design and implement enterprise-wide IT solutions that align with our business strategy. Responsibilities:

  1. Regularly improve IT operation processes & policies, building on top of the recently developed ITOM (IT Operations Management) framework.
  2. Develop and maintain enterprise architecture frameworks, principles, and roadmaps with a focus on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
  3. Align IT strategy with business objectives, ensuring Oracle Cloud adoption supports organizational goals.
  4. Design scalable, secure, and high-performance Oracle Cloud solutions.

What You Need:

  1. 10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, IT strategy, or solution architecture, with a primary focus on Oracle Cloud (OCI).
  2. Strong expertise in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), including Compute, Networking, Storage, Autonomous Database, Exadata, and Security.
  3. Experience in Oracle Cloud migration, hybrid cloud models, and multi-cloud strategies.
  4. Deep knowledge of Oracle microservices, APIs, DevOps, data architecture, and cybersecurity.
  5. Familiarity with Oracle Enterprise Architecture frameworks, such as TOGAF, Zachman, or SAFe.
  6. Hands-on experience with Oracle DevOps tools, automation, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform or Oracle Resource Manager.
  7. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  8. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Enterprise Architecture Design:

  • Program/Project Management: Lead the management and execution of enterprise architecture initiatives, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within scope. Set clear, measurable goals for architecture-related programs and projects, tracking progress and delivering the desired outcomes.
  • Continuous Improvement & Innovation: Monitor and refine the enterprise architecture over time to ensure it remains relevant and aligned with business needs. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, optimizing systems for better performance, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Governance & Compliance: Establish and enforce architecture governance standards to ensure consistency, security, and compliance across all enterprise systems. Provide guidance on the integration of new technologies, ensuring adherence to organizational and regulatory standards.
  • Mentorship & Knowledge Sharing: Provide mentorship to other architects and technical teams, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing. Ensure teams understand and adhere to the architectural vision and best practices.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or any related discipline.

  • More than 5 years of experience in enterprise architecture.
  • More than 10 years of experience in information technology field.
  • Experience with EA Tools.
  • TOGAF 9 Certified Certification is must.
  • ArchiMate Practitioner and PMP " preferable".
