Role Summary

Splunk is seeking a highly motivated, results oriented individual to join our dynamic Pre-Sales team. This person will have the opportunity to work at a fast-growing company that is changing the way that information is used to support business decisions This role will manage a team of Solutions Engineers in support of sales to achieve revenue targets and ensure customer success. Take the lead technical role in the region supporting sales activities, recruiting top talent, and actively engaged with key customers. Ensure tight alignment between field sales and other organizations within Splunk. This is a hands-on combo coach/player management role.

What you'll get to do

Lead a team of Solutions Engineers helping to ensure sales and customer success

Based in Saudi Arabia, you will manage Saudi Arabia, Kuwait and Bahrain

Engage directly with Pre-Sales and Sales Leadership to strategise on their opportunities and engage on pre-sales activities for Splunk's solutions

Conduct pipeline recruiting efforts to find and hire top field engineering talent within your region. Mentor/coach new hires during on-boarding and subsequent phases to ensure accurate ramping of skills and capabilities

Ensure that team is enabled to support required Splunk products and solutions along with required sales/soft skills

Work closely with field leadership to jointly develop strategic and technical account plans;

Interact with customers and prospects to understand their business challenges

Develop a close working relationship with Professional Services and Education to ensure alignment between pre and post sales activities

Support Splunk Professional Services by identifying and scoping new opportunities and following major engagements to ensure customer success

Provide Sales Engineers with continual development feedback and co-developing development plans for each individual

Manage performance and key talent closely ensuring that we are taking the necessary actions to retain top talent and manage performance at all levels

Deliver annual performance evaluations using the skill/will methodology along with assisting SE's with building out and implementing their individual development plans

Conduct regular 1:1's with team members to provide constructive feedback and skills development;

Work multi-functionally with support, product management, engineering, and other organizations to ensure alignment with the field, provide process and product feedback, and resolve critical customer situations

Deliver presentations and technical briefings to customers on Splunk products and solutions. Assist and manage with critical Splunk evaluations and POC's

Qualifications

At least 8+ years' experience in technically selling and supporting software products to IT organizations

3-5 Years SE/SA Management experience

Excellent communication skills – written and oral. Ability to communicate complex ideas; Very articulate

Experience and familiarity with the Splunk portfolio is helpful.

Domain expertise with IT Operations, Application Management, and/or Security/Compliance is desirable

Experience with networking, server, application, virtualization, big data, and web technologies.

Ability to work with diverse groups of people; challenge and lead people toward their peak performance

Able to travel up to 50%

BS or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Management Information Systems

Technical Solutions Executives (TSEs) are integral to the success of Autodesk's Emerging Business for Construction. Responsibilities
Collaborative Working

  • Partner with Account Executives (AEs) to support customers with addressing their requirements, whilst focused on closing business to meet/exceed targets and expectations
  • Liaise and collaborate with Customer Success, Marketing, Channel and R&D to ensure an overall great customer experience, engineering of the best possible solutions and aiming for success for all parties involved
  • Influence Product Roadmap through demonstrating business impact and working closely with relevant parties to prioritise requirements
  • Participates in strategic speaking engagements at internal/external events, working in collaboration with Marketing, Channel and Enablement
  • Participate in mentorship/onboarding/enablement of new hires and overall up-skilling of team in areas of expertise

Value & Solution Engineering

  • Discover customer business and technical processes/workflows/requirements to build "trusted advisor" relationship in supporting customers in their digital transformation journey
  • Manage the entire technical evaluation process, from qualification through to post-sales handover, such as value-focused demos, pilots, RFP submissions, roadmap presentations and customer outcome proposals
  • Document customer engagements in Salesforce, such as quantifiable pain identified in before scenarios, technical decision criteria, metrics, risk and more

Personal & Results Leadership

  • Maintain comprehensive industry and Autodesk product knowledge, technology trends, to provide insight and guidance required to position the value of ACC
  • Share with team any best practices, competitive information, innovation, success stories and lessons learnt
  • Establish/maintain industry leadership through comprehensive, in-depth knowledge of the technologies of their domain, and insight into the industry practices, business processes, applications, and solutions the domain impacts and is impacted upon by the global technology marketplace
  • Leverage social media networks and tools to build personal and Autodesk brand to establish credibility and promote solutions

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in the AECO industry and/or AECO technology industry
  • Good understanding of Autodesk's design and construction software
  • General understanding of SaaS technology and software sales and Pre-Sales
  • Experience leading/managing successful projects/initiatives
  • Motivated, prompt, organised, advanced soft skills
  • Overall genuine person and team player who's forward-thinking and passionate about moving the industry forward

The Technical Solution Specialist provides technical and product support to sales teams, resellers, and customers throughout the sales cycle. Responsibilities include developing solutions, preparing technical documentation, and ensuring compliance. Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled IBM Maximo Technical Consultant with a strong focus on the IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS) to join our expert team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Maximo & OpenShift, and will play a key role in the design, development, customization, and deployment of EAM solutions for our enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and implement IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS), with a focus on deployment and configuration.
  • Work with Red Hat OpenShift for MAS containerization and orchestration.
  • Develop, customize, and extend Maximo applications using XML, SQL, Jython, Python, and JavaScript.
  • Integrate Maximo with external systems via Maximo Integration Framework (MIF) including object structures, publish channels, and endpoints.
  • Design and implement KPIs, dashboards, result sets, and reports using BIRT and other business intelligence tools.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand business processes, conduct workshops, and map technical solutions accordingly.
  • Support Maximo mobile applications and Maximo Work Centers.
  • Participate in all phases of the project lifecycle—from pre-sales consultation to post-implementation support.
  • Lead or assist in MAS upgrades, migrations, and performance tuning.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in IBM Maximo configuration, customization, and integration.
  • Proven expertise in IBM Maximo, preferably MAS.
  • understanding of OpenShift architecture and MAS containerization.
  • Familiarity with EAM best practices, especially in industries such as Oil & Gas, Utilities, Facilities, or Transportation.
  • Proficiency in tools like MXLoader, and experience with MIF data loading processes.
  • IBM Maximo certifications.
  • Strong communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to lead technical workshops and training sessions.

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Solution Architect to lead enterprise-level engagements and drive excellence in Microsoft 365 Security and Compliance solutions. This role demands a deep understanding of Microsoft 365 technologies, including Purview, Defender, Intune, Entra, and Defender for Cloud Apps, combined with expertise in leveraging Graph APIs to optimize and automate processes. The ideal candidate will evaluate delivery quality, foster innovation, and ensure technical documentation aligns with client expectations and industry standards.

Job responsibilities

Strategic Leadership and Innovation:

  • Foster Innovation: Stay ahead of technology advancements to recommend and implement innovative Microsoft 365 Security and Compliance solutions.
  • Introduce cutting-edge practices, including automation via Graph APIs and AI-driven tools, to optimize client environments.
  • Evaluate current security and compliance strategies, identifying areas for modernization and improvement to enhance client value.

Solution Design and Implementation:

  • Architect and oversee the deployment of Microsoft 365 solutions, focusing on:
  • Microsoft Purview: Information Protection, Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Insider Risk Management, eDiscovery.
  • Microsoft Defender Suite: Defender for Endpoint, Office 365, Cloud Apps.
  • Microsoft Intune: Device compliance policies, endpoint security baselines, and app protection.
  • Microsoft Entra: Conditional Access, Privileged Identity Management (PIM), and Identity Protection.
  • Defender for Cloud Apps: Configure and monitor app discovery, session policies, and risk management for cloud applications.
  • Leverage Microsoft Graph APIs to automate security and compliance tasks, enhance operational efficiency, and enable integration with third-party systems.

Client Engagement and Advisory:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align Microsoft 365 Security and Compliance initiatives with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct workshops, assessments, and executive briefings to communicate strategic insights and project outcomes.
  • Serve as the primary technical escalation point for clients, providing trusted advisory services.

Team Leadership and Quality Assurance:

  • Evaluate Delivery Quality: Review and assess the team's technical outputs, ensuring high-quality delivery that meets or exceeds client expectations.
  • Review and Approve Documentation: Critically evaluate and approve High-Level Designs (HLDs), Low-Level Designs (LLDs), and other technical documentation before release to customers.
  • Lead and mentor consulting teams, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Monitor project delivery progress and ensure alignment with timelines, budgets, and client requirements.

Monitoring and Continuous Improvement:

  • Implement advanced monitoring and reporting using Microsoft Defender, Intune, and Purview to enhance security and compliance posture.
  • Continuously refine processes and solutions based on evolving threats, emerging regulations, and client feedback.
  • Drive automation initiatives to streamline compliance reporting, incident response, and security management.

Key Skills and Competencies:

  • Expertise in Microsoft 365 Security & Compliance tools, including:
  • Microsoft Purview (Information Protection, DLP, Records Management).
  • Microsoft Defender Suite (Endpoint, Office 365, Cloud Apps).
  • Microsoft Intune (Device compliance, endpoint security).
  • Microsoft Entra (Azure AD, PIM, Conditional Access).
  • Defender for Cloud Apps (App discovery, session policies, data security).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Graph APIs for automation and integration.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance frameworks (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, ISO 27001, SOC 2)

Position Overview
Technical Solutions Executives (TSEs) are integral to the success of Autodesk's Emerging Business for Construction. Coming from the AECO industry or having worked in the AECO tech industry, you'll utilise your experience to solve everyday customer challenges, engineering value for them to achieve desired outcomes and solutions, whilst ensuring we're helping "move the needle" as we continue to grow the business. You'll be part of a larger, in-demand and fun-loving Pre-Sales team focused on positioning and utilising the Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) platform to engineer solutions. You'll report into the Technical Solutions Manager, EMEA. Responsibilities
Collaborative Working

  • Partner with Account Executives (AEs) to support customers with addressing their requirements, whilst focused on closing business to meet/exceed targets and expectations

  • Liaise and collaborate with Customer Success, Marketing, Channel and R&D to ensure an overall great customer experience, engineering of the best possible solutions and aiming for success for all parties involved

  • Influence Product Roadmap through demonstrating business impact and working closely with relevant parties to prioritise requirements

  • Participates in strategic speaking engagements at internal/external events, working in collaboration with Marketing, Channel and Enablement

  • Participate in mentorship/onboarding/enablement of new hires and overall up-skilling of team in areas of expertise

Value & Solution Engineering

  • Discover customer business and technical processes/workflows/requirements to build "trusted advisor" relationship in supporting customers in their digital transformation journey

  • Manage the entire technical evaluation process, from qualification through to post-sales handover, such as value-focused demos, pilots, RFP submissions, roadmap presentations and customer outcome proposals

  • Document customer engagements in Salesforce, such as quantifiable pain identified in before scenarios, technical decision criteria, metrics, risk and more

Personal & Results Leadership

  • Maintain comprehensive industry and Autodesk product knowledge, technology trends, to provide insight and guidance required to position the value of ACC

  • Share with team any best practices, competitive information, innovation, success stories and lessons learnt

  • Establish/maintain industry leadership through comprehensive, in-depth knowledge of the technologies of their domain, and insight into the industry practices, business processes, applications, and solutions the domain impacts and is impacted upon by the global technology marketplace

  • Leverage social media networks and tools to build personal and Autodesk brand to establish credibility and promote solutions

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in the AECO industry and/or AECO technology industry

  • Good understanding of Autodesk’s design and construction software

  • General understanding of SaaS technology and software sales and Pre-Sales

  • Experience leading/managing successful projects/initiatives

  • Motivated, prompt, organised, advanced soft skills

  • Overall genuine person and team player who's forward-thinking and passionate about moving the industry forward

  • Hybrid role with expectations of travel as required

  • Fluent in English and Arabic
