As a SA/VLM associate, you will be responsible for creating high-quality written content for videos/images and/or labeling of objects on audio, image, and/or video-file. Your primary focus will be on producing clear, concise, and informative content that meets the needs of the target audience.
Key job responsibilities
• Performs simple annotation-related tasks in a narrow ML data process area (e.g. audio, image, and/or video-file). Uses internal tools and software provided by team.

• Providing specific & timely feedback to streamline existing processes and help the team achieve more consistent results with high quality.
• Offering remedial instruction in tool usage and other topics as required.
Requirements:
• Strong command of the English language, including grammar, syntax, and vocabulary.
• Background in linguistics, creative writing, computational linguistics, or a related field is preferred.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate and interpret data to improve the performance of the system.
• Good familiarity with the Windows desktop environment and uses of Word, Excel, IE, Firefox etc. are required
• Flexibility and Interest to do repetitive tasks is required.
• High level of energy and proactive nature. A sense of ownership and drive and a willingness to accept the challenge of daily deadlines is essential
• Attention to detail and ability to identify and rectify errors or inconsistencies in descriptions generated.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Passion for language, technology, and AI advancements.
• Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

The role entails

- Ensure all mechanical systems comply with local, national, and international codes and regulations (e.g., ASHRAE, NFPA, OSHA).
- Maintain rigorous safety practices for mechanical operations and support EHS programs.
- Assist the Senior Director – FM Hard Services in the preparation and managing annual budgets for mechanical operations and capital projects.
- Monitor and optimize energy consumption and asset lifecycle costs.
- Utilize CMMS tools for tracking maintenance history, asset performance, and resource planning.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (Master’s degree preferred).
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- A minimum of 10-12 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with a focus on facilities management and hard services.
- 5+ years in a leadership position .
- Chartered Mechanical Engineer Credential or Recognized industry membership.
- International experience including prior experience within MENA.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and energy management systems.
- Experience in managing mechanical engineering projects from conception through implementation.
- Proficient in relevant mechanical design software and tools.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing mechanical system challenges.
- Knowledge of local codes, regulations, and industry standards related to mechanical engineering.
- Experience in the leisure or entertainment sectors is preferred.

What You'll Be Doing:
Lead the planning and initial site set-up and production of the Logistics engineering and Design management plan, integrated with the city and program engineering plans to give a city-wide approach.
Develops Standard operating procedures for the rail tunnels, civils and structures engineering of the program and ensure that QIP follow them so there is operational consistency across the program.
Ensures and assures consistency in the execution of supply chain design and construction in accordance with Client technical requirements.
Leads design review process to ensure compliance with Client Requirements
Coordinates technical reviews in support of the FIDIC Engineer
Coordinate with other delivery partners (Jacobs and Mace), as well as QIC and all existing contractors, and future planned procurement of major contractors.

Lead the implementation and application of advanced principles, theories, and concepts, ensuring compliance and consistency across the delivery teams.
