Responsibilities
  • Environment Engineer overseeing the project activities
  • Experienced in EIA, Environment Site Plans, NCEC regulations etc.
  • Oversee subcontract activities at Site and Camps.
  • Support Client in routine project proceedings and activities
  • Progress report, tracking etc.
  • Proactively leading and advising Project (including Sub-Contractor) line management in the implementation of the Environmental components of the Health/Safety/Environment Management System
  • Acting to directly support the efficient implementation of Project related environmental commitments and conditions.
  • Monitoring compliance with Pro-active involvement with Project related environmental commitments and conditions.
  • Assisting in the preparation of Environment Management related documents and programs.
  • Acting to identify improvements in the Project’s management system and management initiatives, particularly in relation to environmental matters;
  • Efficient completion of other assigned tasks as directed.
Safety Responsibilities
  • Demonstrate a personal commitment to Health, Safety and the Environment by:
  • Being aware of Australian and Local Statutory Health, Safety & Environmental Regulations;
  • Demonstrating an understanding of the project objectives in the areas of Health, Safety and the Environment.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Environmental management system structure and implementation experience.
  • Competent to deliver environment related training effectively.
