This is a full-time on-site role for an Engineering Operations Manager located in Riyadh. The Engineering Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring efficient workflows, managing programs, and engineering management. The role includes leading a team of engineers, monitoring performance metrics, and implementing process improvements to drive operational excellence. Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement operational and production plans for the factory in alignment with the company's strategic objectives.
- Oversee manufacturing processes (Aluminum and Fabrication/Blacksmith) and ensure the required quality and standards are met.
- Manage production teams, monitor their performance, and develop their skills.
- Monitor inventory, raw material needs, and tools, coordinating closely with the Procurement Department.
- Ensure the application of occupational health and safety standards across all factory departments.
- Follow up on equipment and machinery maintenance, coordinating periodic and emergency repairs.
- Prepare regular reports on production, costs, and waste, and submit them to Senior Management.
- Contribute to improving production lines, raising operational efficiency, and reducing costs.
- Build good relationships with clients and suppliers and resolve any operational issues related to production or delivery.
- Adhere to internal labor regulations and the company's administrative policies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Industrial / Production) or a related specialization.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in operating and managing Aluminum and Fabrication factories, with 3 years in a supervisory or managerial position.
- Familiarity with production planning and management software.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to make decisions and solve problems.
- Good knowledge of ISO Quality Management Systems and safety standards.
