  • Manage spare parts stock levels, place and track orders as required. Work with procurement and the wider AMET network to find savings or efficiencies.

Basic Qualifications

  • CMMS experience and knowledge

  • Having experience with managing spare parts stock levels and dealing with vendors.

  • Dealing perfectly in English

  • BSc obtained with +3 years experience.

  • Expert in Microsoft program and excel applications

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in manufacturing or logistics

Role Purpose:



The Associate Manager Electrical Engineering is responsible for leading the design, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of electrical and automation systems across food and beverage production facilities. Key Responsibilities:



1. Automation & Control Systems



Lead and oversee industrial automation systems, including SCADA integration, PLC programming (Siemens, Allen Bradley), MES domain, and IoT implementation.



Ensure efficient operation of SCADA infrastructure, including servers (application, domain, historian, SAP MII), clients, and PLC networks.



Implement and upgrade control systems for pasteurizers, filler machines, packaging lines, and robotics.



2. Electrical Maintenance Leadership



Supervise and manage daily electrical activities across dairy and beverage production lines.



Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance for electrical and instrumentation systems.



Lead and mentor a cross-functional maintenance team (mechanical, electrical, and automation).

5. Continuous Improvement & SOPs



Drive continuous improvement initiatives in production automation and process efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills:



Bachelors degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering.

Job Purpose

This position exists to perform engineering tasks efficiently, in a timely manner, and to quality standards as per the defined policies and procedures to achieve departmental operational plans and developments.

Key Accountability Areas Equipment Maintenance:
  • Understand, operate, and maintain a variety of Trumpf equipment, including CNC punch machines, laser machines, CNC bending machines, air compressors, dryers, powder coating plants (automatic and manual spray), and hydraulic systems.
  • Oversee automation controls using PLC and SCADA systems to ensure proper functionality and integration within production processes.
Downtime Minimization:
  • Focus on keeping plant and machinery maintained to achieve near-zero downtime, ensuring smooth and continuous production.
  • Collaborate with production functions, such as fabrication and assembly, to schedule and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs that reduce unplanned downtime.
Documentation and Process Improvement:
  • Systematically document all maintenance activities and keep accurate records using the SAP program to ensure transparency and track machine performance.
  • Provide support to other departments by helping implement improved process layouts. Contribute to organizational goals such as enhancing productivity, reducing costs, minimizing waste, maintaining 6S standards, and ensuring adherence to health and safety standards.

The Facilities Coordinator will have a significant impact on customer experience. The Facilities Coordinator will have the ability to lead and manage outside contractors, be on call for emergencies, to handle multiple projects and daily activities, and meet tough time lines. The Facilities Coordinator will develop plans on how to accomplish engineering departmental goals.

The Facilities Coordinator will be responsible for the leadership/development and coaching of the team. Performance Management will be carried out by the Facilities Coordinator – Maintenance. This role also leads the technical team in providing both a reactive and pro-active maintenance service on all operational equipment and facilities infrastructure within the Delivery Stations (DS). The role has a direct impact on the site, its productivity and operational success. If equipment is not available or performs badly it minimizes the capacity and throughput of the site.

Basic Qualifications

  • 1+ years of using a computer maintenance management system in planning, scheduling and auditing overall facilities/maintenance activities experience

  • 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience

  • 1+ years of working with computers and Microsoft Office products and applications experience

  • High school or equivalent diploma

  • Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays

  • Travel up to 15% of the time

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of maintenance planner/scheduler working within an industrial maintenance complex, manufacturing/distribution industries, or equivalent experience

  • Experience in material handling systems (MHS) installation, operation and maintenance
