Summary:
Monitor health and safety for BU and keeping on the lookout for any unsafe behavior or breaks in regulations, Assessing risk, and design strategies to reduce potential hazards within a workplace, in addition to managing and training other health and safety staff members and investigating and responding to incident reports and creating analytical reports of safety data.

In this role, you will be responsible of:

  • Risk Assessment
  • Conduct pre implementation risk assessments on works when required and identify risk mitigation measures in conjunction with Lines Leaders.
  • Review Risk Assessment and visit sites to assess work for compliance with specifications.
  • Corrective Action
  • Act as a business resource for HSE related issues
  • Provide SHE improvement proposals, proposed corrective action, required resources for corrective action and plan of implementation on NCRs issued
  • Follow up to ensure that corrective actions are implemented where necessary and ensure that requirements are complied with.
  • Report on departmental performance where repetitive matters are not being addressed
  • Communicate effectively and represent the department with local government officials, external government agencies, industry representatives, consultants, non-governmental organizations, department staff, and the public and ensure inspections are coordinated and deficiencies minimized and corrected.
  • Meetings:
  • Conduct CSHE Committee Meetings (plan, scheduled and review) to share and discuss all safety matters to define the defects/ problems and but the solutions.
  • Conduct routine safety meetings for them to review the new procedures and policies needed for all employees.

  • Investigation and Corrective Actions Reporting

We're seeking a
DevOps Engineer II
for our Platform Engineering team. As a Platform Engineer, you will be crucial in building reliable, secure, and scalable infrastructure that empowers Tamara's developers to ship with confidence and speed.

Drawing on your proficiency in infrastructure, developer platforms, and cloud-native technologies, you will be responsible for implementing and optimizing core platform capabilities, from Kubernetes clusters and CI/CD pipelines to monitoring and deployment tooling, ensuring strong foundations that scale with our growth.

  • Hands-on experience with infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g. Terraform, Ansible).

Job Description

Responsible for leading and directing all aspects of Quality activities at site level to achieve Customers (internal and external) satisfaction by delivering superior quality products and timely service to customers
The Quality Engineer will work with cross functinal groups, i.e. CS, engineerng, Technical, Supplier quality, customer service, sales, marketing etc. to drive product and process improvements.
+ Bachelor's Degree in Electrical & Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering
+ Minimum 6-7 years' experience in an industrial environment, preferably in a quality function in manufacturing Fire products, electrical product or building management industries.
+ Good knowledge and/or experience in manufacturing and testing of wiring devices, PCB assembly, Injection Molding and metal stamping tools will be an added advantage
+ Knowledge of quality standards such as ISO 9001, QS 9000/TS 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and comes with audit exposure are preferred
+ Computer literacy is essential, must be conversant with the use of Minitab and is familiar with Statistical Process Control (SPC), JIRA, and SAP transactions
+ Familiar with quality management tools such as APQP, MSA, SPC, FMEA, Six sigma and Problem Analysis Tools ( A3 , 8D , why , etc.
+ Proven abilities in management of multi-disciplinary teams are also key requirements for this position
+ Good inter-personal skills in managing internal team and dealing with overseas quality team
+ Proactive and high speed in following up, executing, and resolving key customer feedback issues
+ Ability to write and converse with confidence in English
+ Ensuring the Quality & reliability of Components and Products being manufactured in the site through QMS systems, quality of processes and conformity to design / spec. and installation specifications
+ Identifying areas of quality failures and taking steps to rectify the system wide **preventive and corrective actions** to avoid the reoccurrences.
+ Ensuring the **process / product** as per quality standard
+ Initiate action to resolve process and product related issues based on internal / external customers complaints and warranty returns analysis for honeywell Manufactured products
+ Ensure and comply with requirements QMS to ISO 9001 and IMS to ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 across META.
+ Identify new projects / goals to team and dept. to align with company goals / AOP
+ Monitor restricted MRB inventory and timely action with CFT by rework, repack and scrap
+ Provide quality support to implement and enhance Honeywell best practice HMX, POKA -- YOKE, Six sigma projects , quality circle projects and Kaizen
+ Minimizing rejections by monitoring adherence to process control parameters and ensuring compliance with the procedure and standards.
+ Monitoring of site COPQ, monthly review with manufacturing team on improvement action to bring down the COPQ
+ Monitor and report Customer PPM, FPY and scrap in Team guru on weekly
+ COPQ Top 10 Analysis and corrective action to minimize the rejections
+ Monthly review of quality metrics and CAPA incase of negative trend against AOP Target
+ Conduct RCA - RAIL action, Poke- yoke and Kaizen review with quality team
+ Monitor, Report and dispose all the rejection on weekly basis
+ Monitoring of customer complaints related to honeywell products , root-cause analysis (RCA) . CAPA implementation and review of effectiveness
+ Carryout warranty / customer return products analysis and report to leadership team , necessary quality improvement action with manufacturing, engineering and technical team
+ Provide FOC repalcement as and when required
+ End to end Tracking WRMA and achieve TAT 30days

  • Supporting various communications related Command, Control, Communications, Computers and Intelligence (C4I) systems for naval vessels and shore sites in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

FILLING THIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT UPON AWARD

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a Technical field such as Engineering, Science or a related field of study from an accredited college or university. US SECRET security clearance required.
  • Three+ (3) years of experience supporting C4I systems such as NAVMACS, HF, UHF, and VHF Radios and Antennas, Tactical Data Links (Link-11, 16, 22), CENTRIXS, Network Communications, SATCOM, or ADSI.
  • Experience working OCONUS in security cooperation efforts or for foreign customers (i.e., not for US military bases or USG facilities).
Desired Skills
  • Three+ (3) years of experience with NAVWAR prime mission products.
  • Experience interacting with USG and foreign senior military/government officials.
  • Completion of DISAM SCM courses such as SCM-C.
  • DISAM International Affairs Certification Level 1 or above.
  • Experience working in austere locations (e.g., Middle Eastern nations) in security cooperation/assistance efforts or for foreign customers (i.e., not for US military bases or USG facilities).

JOB PURPOSE / OBJECTIVE

Summary of the main purpose of the job as the basic function and scope of the job in terms of organization, geographic areas supported, financial or other volume/size metrics, strategic impact and nature of supervision received or exercised related to the job in a descriptive manner

Key Accountabilities

  • Prepare, review, and update the Project Schedule/s from bidding stage 'till close-out stage.
  • Prepare regular Project performance reports and produce measures to support schedule progress.
  • Prepare weekly / monthly Subcontract's accruals for Labor, Materials, and Equipment.
  • Conduct Yard Capacity Planning (for Zones A & D2) based on info received from current Projects, Business Development in coordination with Zone A, Zone C, and Asset Management & Marine Operation Teams; Identify / Report back potential issues and risk with proposed mitigations.
  • Conduct manpower planning based on Yard Capacity and Area planning. Coordinate with Zones A, B, & C planning team and HR on path forward.
  • Update schedule (s), perform forecast in coordination with stake holders (engineering, P&SC, production, commissioning, Subcontractor).
  • Monitor project's progress and produce daily, weekly, monthly reports. Highlight areas of concern and propose mitigations.
  • Carry out schedule risk analysis as and when required. Maintain Risk Register.
  • Monitor potential of Change Management (internal / customer / supplier) and update the PMT.
  • Perform any other duties and responsibilities as and when directed by head of department.

Qualifications & Experience
Education

  • Batchelor's Engineering Degree (or equivalent)

Professional Qualifications (Certifications & Accreditations)

  • PMP Certificate preferable (but not essential).
  • Planning & Scheduling Professional (PSP) Certificate preferable.

Competencies (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities) Proven skills and competencies in the following:

  • Excellent knowledge in Primavera P6 (latest version) and MS Project
  • Excellent knowledge in MS Office (excel, word, power point etc.)
