Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Engineer located in the Riyadh Region. The Engineer will be responsible for overseeing construction projects from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards. Daily tasks will include project planning, managing resources, coordinating with various teams, conducting inspections, and providing technical guidance. The Engineer will play a critical role in executing groundbreaking designs and ensuring the flawless completion of projects.

Qualifications

You will be responsible for defining, documenting, and refining IT service management (ITSM) processes and service level agreements (SLAs), focusing on ManageEngine ITSM platforms. What You Will Do:

• You will define and document new and updated ITSM processes and SLAs, ensuring they align with best practices and organizational needs.

Riyadh Permanent Description: Job Summary:

• Gather information and write accurate, well-formatted, and well-presented content for all tender submissions.
• Engage fully with the estimating team to identify specific project risks, resolve proposed methodologies, and agree with resource requirements.
• Develop PEP, logistics plans, etc., and overall construction methodologies.
• Create 3D and 4D computer-generated imagery in collaboration with the BIM department.
• Work with the bid team to complete the PQQs during the PQ phase and organize the tender construction methodology submission workload.

Senior Project Engineer - Electrical Engineer & Civil Engineer

Electrical Engineer:

1. Candidate shall have extensive Electrical knowledge and experience in Oil and Gas field to verify and direct FEED/Detail design packages.
2. Knowledgeable in ETAP and general electrical system studies, calculations, electrical area classification, plant layouts related to power, lighting, grounding, substations voltage rating from 480V up to 115/230kV including substation automation.
3. Extensive experience with electrical equipment specification & data sheet for electrical equipment namely, transformers, switchgears, motor control centers, UPS, DC power system, motors. Experience in review of technical bid evaluation and recommendation, Vendor document reviews and engineering deliverables.
4. Experience to review and direct design for Overhead Transmission line voltage rating 13.8kV, 34.5kV and 115kV.
5. Relevant experience in Oil and Gas Project Management Engineering, Experience in EPC phases (engineering, material procurement, Construction management of hydrocarbon facilities) emphasis on Engineering (FEED & Detailed Design) & support during construction.
6. Technically qualified to support the projects in Jafurah Project.
7. Candidate shall have strong technical writing skills, and, willing to mentor and motivate young Saudi Engineers.
8. Ensures adherence to company procedures, specifications and guidelines.
9. Review and approval of all vendor documents, drawings.
10. Ensuring the timely review of all engineering deliverables.

Qualifications:

3. Related work Experience and Training, educational background, Technical and soft skills and represents a professional Personality.
4. Has adequate knowledge of Electrical International Standards, namely, IEEE, ANSI, NEC, API, NEMA, IEC related to Electrical Installation works and Area Classification requirements.
5. Professional certification by AACE, PMI, or a professional engineering board is required.
6. Advanced Technical and soft skills, excellent communication written and verbal, fluent in English and must be well presented.
7. Experience with Saudi Aramco standards and projects is preferred.
