• First Stage/Mandatory and Independent certification of completed tasks carried out by the Maintenance Team Technicians when required to do so, including Red-X clearance.
• Plans and coordinates the scheduled engine maintenance activities both on and off aircraft to meet the aircraft maintenance programme and RSAF operation requirements.
• Ensures work is carried out in accordance with the approved data and standards and procedures detailed within the MOE.
