The Engine Systems Maintenance Technician is responsible for inspecting, operating, maintaining and repairing engine and fuel systems, and components on the Hawk aircraft and support equipment. They will maintain aircraft to support the demands of the flying operation, thus ensuring delivery of serviceable aircraft to accomplish the contractual operational and flying commitments. They will also be responsible for carrying out maintenance, diagnosing faults and administrative support to the AMO as directed by the Engine Supervisor; including but not limited to complying with all relevant company policies. They ensure the Approved Maintenance Organisation is compliant with the requirements of the M&CA Mandates and Pt145 Maintenance Organisation Exposition with regards to maintaining aircraft, its components and resource SQEP levels. They are responsible for on‑the‑job training of any assigned trainee.

- Experience working with turnarounds, shutdowns, and inspections in an industrial setting.
- Hands-on experience with mechanical equipment such as pumps, compressors, turbines, heat exchangers, pressure vessels, and pipelines.
- Experience with SAP (or similar ERP systems) for maintenance management, work orders, and reporting.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
