Dataiku is looking for an Engagement Manager to join the team. The ideal candidate is an energetic individual passionate about deploying big data technologies and using data science to solve business problems, and who will efficiently help customers drive their projects to get the most out of Dataiku DSS.
As a part of the Global Services team, the Engagement Manager is responsible for driving smooth client implementations of our product.
This position is open for full remote work from Riyadh, KSA. While all applications will be considered, priority will be given to Saudi nationals.

Description
Support the Community Engagement program for AWS Infrastructure Data Center Community in Middle East and Africa. Collaborate with organizations and key stakeholders including nonprofits to understand their needs, build relationships, and collaborate on impactful outcomes. Build strong, collaborative relationships with external stakeholders as a representative of AWS. Manage the delivery of community programs, events, and initiatives following global standards with a focus on localization. Manage key aspects of community sponsorships, including working with organizations to finalize and implement sponsorship details, and determining whether a sponsorship opportunity met success criteria in collaboration with key business partners. Contribute to AWS infrastructure expansion by facilitating discussions related to community engagement during planning approvals. Communicate the impact of programs with all stakeholders.
Represent AWS Infrastructure publicly in meetings with internal and external stakeholders. Utilize multiple communication channels including newsletters, intranet, social media, and email campaigns to drive awareness and involvement. Capture data to demonstrate the impact of community engagements on AWS Infrastructure, its employees, and the community, and communicate these stories internally and externally in partnership with PR and PP.
Proven ability, willingness, and desire to: write and speak effectively to audiences of varying sizes; provide vision for community initiatives across the region; work with cross-functional teams; interact effectively and provide strategic counsel; think and communicate clearly; identify opportunities and develop creative approaches; be physically present in locations within the region; and develop tactics to deliver locally.

Position Summary:
The Software Development Presales Engagement Manager plays a critical role in bridging the gap between client needs and software solutions. Key Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement:

Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in presales, technical sales, or a similar role within the software development industry.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of software development processes, technologies, and architectures. Experience with software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) is preferred.
- Sales Skills: Proven ability to create and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and demonstrations. Experience in managing client relationships and closing deals is advantageous.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value.
- Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to assess client needs and design appropriate solutions.
- Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, technical, and product management.

As a ServiceNow Principal Engagement Manager, you will be pivotal in leading an Expert Services delivery team that provides a rapid path to success and ongoing value for customers. Principal Engagement Managers are seasoned leaders who build high-performing teams, accelerate time to value, and drive rapid and effective program decision-making.

You will be responsible for leading the delivery team throughout large, complex customer engagements; these responsibilities include:
+ Lead the delivery team throughout the engagement and drive the overall vision and direction.
+ Work with the Sales Account Team, partner, and customer to understand the customer and the engagement, including challenges, partners, issues, and value being delivered.
+ Apply expertise from the Now Create ( methodology and prescriptive guidance to promote the delivery of the engagement, including long-term customer success.
