About the Role:
As part of our Business Solutions & Commercial team, you'll lead the charge in identifying, shaping, and closing decarbonized energy projects adapted to industries and businesses; including critical, hard to abate and heat intensive industries. You'll work closely with clients, EPCs, OEMs, regulators, and our internal teams to structure smart, scalable, and commercially competitive solutions that lower costs and carbon emissions.
What You'll Be Doing:
· Build trusted relationships with public and private sector clients
· Conduct needs assessments and craft tailored energy solutions
· Lead proposal development, pricing, and commercial structuring (PPA, BOOT, etc.)
· Coordinate internal stakeholders from engineering to legal and investment
· Manage the full deal lifecycle—from pitch to contract signing
· Represent Positive Zero at industry events and forums
What You'll Need:
- 5+ years in business development within energy, renewables, or decentralized utilities
- Knowledge of KSA energy regulations, permitting, and utility landscape
- Proven experience managing complex stakeholder relationships
- Strong grasp of financial metrics (LCOE, Spark Spread)
- Fluent in Arabic and English
- Bachelors in Engineering preferred, MBA a plus
- Comfortable working with CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and project platforms

Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Systems / Storage Engineer to join the IT Infrastructure team. This key technical role is based onsite at King Abdullah Economic City (KAEC) and is responsible for managing and supporting enterprise systems, physical and virtual servers, storage platforms, and backup solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Wintel infrastructure, virtualization technologies, enterprise storage, and data protection systems. RESPONSIBILITIES And ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Provide hands-on support for Windows Server environments, including Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP services.
