Key Responsibilities:

1. Operational Management

• Plan, organize, and oversee execution of maintenance, shutdown, and upgrade projects in power generation, transmission, and distribution assets.

• Allocate manpower, tools, and equipment for optimum utilization and productivity.

• Monitor KPIs for safety, quality, schedule, and cost; take corrective actions when deviations occur.

• Ensure compliance with SEC, Aramco, and relevant industry technical standards.

2. Client & Stakeholder Management

• Serve as the primary point of contact for client representatives on all operational matters.

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to secure repeat business and new contracts.

3. Technical Leadership

• Provide technical guidance to project teams, especially on troubleshooting, failure analysis, and energy systems optimization.

• Approve work methods, inspection test plans (ITPs), and quality control procedures.

• Stay updated on latest energy technologies, renewable integration, and regulatory requirements.

4. Business Development Support

• Identify and pursue opportunities for expanding services in the energy sector (e.g., renewables, smart grid, battery storage).

• Support proposal teams in preparing bids, cost estimates, and technical submittals.

• Contribute to division growth strategy and market positioning.

5. Safety & Compliance

• Enforce JAL HSE policies and ensure zero LTI (Lost Time Injury) performance.

• Review and approve Job Safety Analyses (JSA) and method statements.

• Ensure staff competency certifications are valid and aligned with client requirements.

• Mentor and develop supervisors, engineers, and technicians to enhance technical and managerial competencies.

• Conduct performance appraisals and recommend training programs.

• Build a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Technical Skills

• In-depth knowledge of power generation, transmission, and distribution systems.

• Strong understanding of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance practices.

• Familiarity with SEC/Aramco technical standards and SAP or similar ERP systems.

• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and technical reports.

2. JOB PURPOSE:

Study, review and develop conceptual plans and scope of works for providing power generation to meet customer demands based on optimal factors of power system capacity and utilization factors.

**Prince Sultan Air Base (PSAB) Power Generation Lead**

These functions are to ensure the delivery of BASE OPERATING SUPPORT-INSTALLATION (BOS-I) services to the 378 Air Expeditionary Wing (AEW), mission partners, and tenant units, including transient, temporary duty (TDY), permanent party, and rotational personnel as well as five (5) remote Army sites at PSAB, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- The Generator/Power Production Site Lead shall ensure Prime Power Generation and provides, continuous power with 99% availability to Prince Sultan Air Base (PSAB), Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).
- Ensure primary power generators are working by performing load tests, preventative maintenance, and repairing any equipment.
- Must be able to systematically troubleshoot and repair generators ranging in size from 3KW (3000 Watts) to multiple units synchronized and powering an entire base, 800KW or more, and ensuring the accessory equipment used with the generators are functional and repaired.
- Troubleshoot malfunctions using technical orders, manufacturers' handbooks, local procedures, codes, and directives.
- This position shall function as an integral team member, cooperating with and supporting U.S. deployed forces, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) and shall share information with other integral team members as required.
- Manage and work with a diverse, international, and multi-skilled workforce as well as work hand in hand with electricians.
- As required, be available within two (2) hours of notification to meet on the installation with Government personnel.
- Ensure the successful delivery of services to 4,000 personnel, plus or minus 10%, at all times.
- Generator/Power Production lead shall ensure personnel are adequately trained, and personnel assigned to all tasks have the requisite knowledge and skills to meet minimum performance requirements as well as comply with all applicable laws, codes, standards and regulations.
- Responsible for proper utilization, accounting, and safeguarding of all government and contractor provided property (e.g., to include government facilities, equipment tools, information and Data).

**MATERIAL & EQUIPMENT DIRECTLY USED**:
