  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, Systems Engineering or related technical field. Master's degree with an emphasis in Power Systems preferred.
  • 5+ years of power systems, project engineering, or related technical project implementation experience required.
  • Strong technical background with the ability to apply knowledge spanning renewable and integration of renewable into the electric grid solutions required.
  • Practical understanding of DERs and integration DERs back to grid, including operation, control, and optimization.
  • Knowledge of IEEE1547 and other DER standards and protocols
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills; organizational, interpersonal and leadership skills; analytical and problem-solving skills; commitment to providing superior customer service;
  • Ability to multi-task on several projects in a fast-paced environment are required.
  • Ability and flexibility to travel up to 25% to domestic and international customer sites.

The salary range for this role is $99,400.00 - $124,300.00. This range represents what we in good faith believe is the range possible for base compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on several factors. This range may be modified in the future. This role is also eligible for bonus or variable incentive pay.
