- Lead the end-to-end implementation of VMware Workspace ONE (AirWatch) MDM solutions.
- Design and implement secure mobile strategies and policies aligned with business requirements and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, NIST).
- Configure and manage mobile device enrollment, provisioning, compliance rules, application deployment, and reporting.
- Integrate Workspace ONE with enterprise systems such as Active Directory, Azure AD, certificate authorities, email systems, and identity management platforms.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), documentation, and technical configurations for MDM deployment and support.
- Provide training and knowledge transfer to IT support teams and end-users.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to mobile device connectivity, provisioning, and policy enforcement.
- Stay current with the latest updates in VMware Workspace ONE, mobile OS platforms, and MDM security practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT security, network engineering, and end-user support to ensure seamless mobile integration.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- + 3 years of experience in MDM solutions with at least 2 years of hands-on implementation experience with VMware Workspace ONE / AirWatch.
- Strong understanding of mobile security policies, encryption, authentication, and compliance frameworks.
- Familiarity with scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash) for automation is a plus.
- Experience with mobile OS platforms including iOS, Android, Windows 10/11.
- Solid knowledge of networking fundamentals, VPNs, and endpoint management best practices.
- VMware Workspace ONE certifications (e.g., VCP-DW) are preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or in a team environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in integrating MDM with SIEM,SOC tools.
- Knowledge of identity and access management (IAM) principles and tools (e.g., Okta, Azure AD).
- Familiarity with Microsoft Intune, Apple Business Manager, Google Enterprise Mobility Management.

We are looking for a highly skilled Endpoint Management Expert to oversee, maintain, and optimize our virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI) and device management ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with VMware Horizon, VMware Workspace ONE, and related tools to ensure a seamless, secure, and efficient user experience across all endpoints. This role is essential in driving our enterprise IT strategy, enhancing productivity, and ensuring compliance with corporate policies.
Key Responsibilities
VMware Horizon VDI Management
- Design, deploy, and maintain VMware Horizon infrastructure for virtual desktops and applications.
- Optimize VDI performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with application teams to ensure compatibility and efficiency within the VDI environment.
Workspace ONE Administration
- Configure and manage VMware Workspace ONE for unified endpoint management.
- Oversee device enrollment, provisioning, and lifecycle management for mobile and desktop devices.
- Implement security policies and compliance standards across all endpoints.
Technical Support and Maintenance
- Provide advanced troubleshooting and resolution for endpoint-related issues.
- Perform system updates, patches, and upgrades for VMware Horizon and Workspace ONE environments.
- Continuously monitor system health and performance using appropriate tools and technologies.
Documentation and Compliance
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including design diagrams, procedures, and support guides.
- Ensure adherence to ITIL best practices and corporate security standards.
Collaboration and Training
- Work closely with IT teams, vendors, and stakeholders to align endpoint management strategies with business objectives.
- Provide training and support to IT staff and end-users on VDI and device management solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience managing VMware Horizon VDI and VMware Workspace ONE environments.
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, and networking concepts.
- Experience with endpoint security, patch management, and compliance requirements.
- Industry certifications such as VMware Certified Professional (VCP) or Workspace ONE certification are a plus.

Responsibilities
- Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and scans on networks, systems, applications, and databases using industry standard tools e.g., Nessus, Qualys, OpenVAS.
- Identify and classify vulnerabilities based on severity, impact, and exploitability.
- Analyze scan results and provide detailed reports on identified vulnerabilities.
- Work with IT, development, and operations teams to prioritize and remediate identified vulnerabilities.
- Provide guidance and recommendations for mitigating vulnerabilities, including patch management, configuration changes, and security updates.
- Track and verify the remediation of vulnerabilities to ensure effective resolution.
- Monitor security tools and systems for potential vulnerabilities and threats.
- Assist in the investigation and response to security incidents related to vulnerabilities.
- Provide input into incident response plans and participate in incident response activities as needed.
- Assess the risk associated with identified vulnerabilities and their potential impact on the organization.
- Collaborate with the Risk Management team to integrate vulnerability assessment results into the overall risk management framework.
- Develop and maintain metrics to measure the effectiveness of vulnerability management efforts.
- Maintain accurate and up to date documentation of vulnerability assessment activities, findings, and remediation efforts.
- Generate regular and ad hoc reports for management, highlighting key vulnerabilities, trends, and progress.
- Develop and maintain a vulnerability management dashboard for ongoing tracking and reporting.
- Ensure that vulnerability management practices comply with relevant industry regulations and standards e.g., PCI DSS, HIPAA, ISO 27001 .
- Support audits and assessments by providing evidence of vulnerability management activities and compliance.
- Enforce organizational policies related to vulnerability management and security best practices.
Qualifications
Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field.
