In this role you will manage a caseload of relocating employees and their families. You will be responsible for managing the entire relocation process; coordinating all services, and ensuring the employee and family are more than satisfied with the services provided.

• Provide end-to-end service delivery including a full needs analysis, organizing orientation, home search, school search, settling in services

• Liaise with client's HR contact to ensure an overall excellent client/customer experience and adherence to corporate policy.

• Being proactive in supporting client needs and identifies strategic solutions to solve challenges

• Ensure timely update of Zoho systems with system updates related to orientation, home search, school search itinerary, reports, job costs, lease information etc.

• Participate in regular account-specific communication sessions, team meetings, and learning services to continuously improve performance.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree preferred

• Minimum 1 year relocation industry given preference or equivalent customer services experience in a global environment

• Arabic language knowledge is a requirement with driver's license and car

The Program Support Service Team provides a high-quality centralized service that guides and supports colleagues throughout their time on the program, across employee accommodation, transportation and concierge type services with particular emphasis during onboarding and offboarding. The Team is responsible for enhanced service and employee experience.

The Mobility Lead is accountable specifically for creating and coordinating a centralized approach to onboarding and mobilization which will include transfers, ground transportation, and mobility related activities.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Oversees the overall onboarding and offboarding procedures of incoming employees.
2. Sets the processes to provide a cohesive ‘Qiddiya experience’ for all candidates.
3. Coordinates transport, vehicles, and drivers for onboarding activities – collection from airport, first day, visitors etc.
4. Develops a centralized suite of services and initial service level standards to ensure that employees and their dependents receive a high level of support and begin a successful settling in period at the employment location.
5. Regularly measures employee feedback on their experiences and develops a model for continuous improvement.

• Administer and enhance Lucid s Global Mobility policies, processes and procedures
• Prepare assignment relocation budgets and cost projections for permanent relocations and assignments
• Serve as a main point of contact for mobile employees and external mobility/relocation vendors
