Key Responsibilities:

Data Management & Reporting

• Collect, clean, and maintain accurate HR data across systems (HRIS, ATS, payroll, GOSI, etc.).
• Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports (headcount, turnover, absenteeism, recruitment metrics, training, compensation, etc.).
• Automate HR reporting processes to improve accuracy and efficiency.

Analytics & Insights

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Analytics, Data Science, or related field.

Experience: Candidates must have a minimum of 7 years of offshore experience as a Geophysical Data Processor or Geophysicist. They should be proficient in data processing and reporting, with extensive experience using the following software:

• VBA Proc (for DP)
