Job Purpose:
The Sales Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing all sales operations within the company. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the entire sales operations of the company.
- Lead a team of 10 sales professionals responsible for client engagement, deal negotiation, and closure.
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve strategic sales plans to achieve company targets.
- Monitor team performance, provide coaching and support to maximize individual and team results.
- Prepare, analyze, and present periodic sales reports to senior management.

- Builds and strengthens relationships with existing and new customers to enable future bookings. Activities include sales calls, entertainment, FAM trips, trade shows, etc.
- Develops relationships within community to strengthen and expand customer base for sales opportunities.
- Manages and develops relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Provides accurate, complete and effective turnover to Event Management.
**Managing Sales Activities**
- Participates in sales calls with members of sales team to acquire new business and/or close on business.
