Charts and technical drawings are regularly utilized to guide maintenance and repair efforts, ensuring alignment with engineering specifications. In addition to these core responsibilities, the technician contributes to on-the-job training (OJT) initiatives, sharing expertise and supporting the professional growth of team members. Other related tasks within the field are also performed as required, further reinforcing the operational readiness of RSADF systems.
What You Will Do

- Support the Divisional Head in aligning the QA functional strategy with business objectives by contributing to the development of business plans, feasibility assessments, and project planning.
- Assist in budget preparation and monitoring, track expenditures, and support cost optimization initiatives.
- Analyze quality trends and performance data to support decision-making and future improvements.
2. QA Initiatives Implementation:
- Develop, implement, and regularly update divisional QA policies and standard operating procedures in compliance with international standards and SFDA requirements.
- Conduct routine and surprise audits at restaurants, commissaries, and distribution centers to ensure consistent adherence to food safety and hygiene protocols.
- Investigate quality-related customer complaints, focusing on raw material, ingredient, and product integrity.
- Lead coordination on quality complaints with international suppliers through company Regional Office, ensuring timely corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement by identifying operational gaps and driving resolution through training and quality initiatives.
3. QA Reporting & Compliance Communication:
- Collaborate with Marketing & Communications to address public or media inquiries regarding food quality, ingredients, or regulatory compliance.
- Generate monthly quality performance reports detailing supplier performance, distribution center audit outcomes, and product quality metrics.
- Escalate key risks and insights to the Head of Procurement and relevant stakeholders for action.
4. QA Coordination & Supervision:
- Supervise the day-to-day QA operations at the Distribution Center, ensuring all processes related to receiving, storing, and dispatching materials meet defined quality standards.
- Manage the supplier approval process by coordinating with Regional Office and ensuring all documentation and audit requirements are fulfilled.
- Act as a point of contact for regional and international suppliers, facilitating prompt resolution of product-related quality issues and overseeing supplier performance reviews.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Microbiology, or Quality Management (required)
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in food quality assurance, food safety auditing, or compliance – preferably within QSR, food manufacturing, or retail.
- Strong knowledge of SFDA regulations , HACCP , ISO 22000 , and global QA standards.
- Proven track record in internal auditing , supplier evaluation , and food complaint investigations .
