**Job Description**:
Role Objective

To manage the day-to-day support for Electronics and Telecom devices Installation, support and maintenance for the Middle East office customers by ensuring all issues are tracked and serviced while maintaining quality of service.

Role Objective is to ensure customer satisfaction by meeting their requirements proactively and ensuring SLA commitments are met.

Key Role Responsibilities:

- Provide Technical Support to Trapeze Saudi Arabia customers by maintaining their systems; investigating and tracking reported issues; testing and deploying new software releases.
- Installation of Electronic and Telecom devices and demonstrate functionality to the customer on-site whenever required.
- Diagnose and repair problems with malfunctioning Electronics devices, ineffective electronic pieces, and inoperative parts.
- Installation of Electronics devices at customer site and provide functionality demonstration to customer.
- End to End Execution Management of Proof of Concept (POC) Projects at customer site.
- Maintain Customer Relationship in managing day to day activities on ITS and CCTV (Intelligent Transportation Devices) and Interfaces.
- Maintain Inventory of all Devices and components by performing scheduled repair or maintenance tasks, ensuring calibration or proper functioning of equipment and scheduling replacement when needed.
- Coordinate and engage with local and global suppliers to secure parts and arrange for RMA shipments.
- Proactively monitor and maintain customer systems to help meet contracted SLAs.
- Understand customer expectations and address their requirements at desirable customer satisfaction level.
- Ensure all Trapeze processes are followed, and documentation is supplied accurately and on-time.
- Communicate to all customers and other Trapeze staff in an open, clear and respectful manner.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Technical Skills
- Minimum of 3 - 4 Years' experience in Field support activities like Inbuilt Telecom, Electronics and CCTV devices installation, IT Systems installation, trouble shooting and technical demonstration.
- Strong knowledge on Functional knowledge of Electronics, Telecom and CCTV devices and programming skills.

Desired Skills and Experience
- A strong customer service ‘can do’ mindset focused on understanding and addressing customer needs.
- Should have creative and analytical thinking as work involves evaluation of the effectiveness of IT Systems and design.
- Should also possess strong troubleshooting skills, analytical skills in Electronics, Telecom and CCTV devices.

With Government concurrence, equivalent simulator maintenance experience and education may be substituted, provided it is comparable to trainer systems listed in the task order.
  • Preferred Information Assurance (IA) certification of A+ and a Security + desired.
  • Mental alertness and ability to follow written and verbal instructions given in English.
  • Ability to pass medical examination for OCONUS assignment.
  • Physical ability to walk, stand, and/or sit for extended periods of time, and to climb 2 flights of stairs is required.
  • Must be able to lift and carry 75 pounds.
  • The ability to cope with stressful situations.
  • Ability to conform with foreign culture and work with foreign personnel (Saudi Arabia).
  • Must always present a professional appearance in demeanor and dress.
  • The applicant must be a US citizen, possess the ability to obtain a US passport and must have and maintain a valid driver's license.

Industrial Complex, Riyadh

The center of alfanar’s industrial activities is alfanar Industrial Complex situated in the Third Industrial Zone on Al-Kharj Road, Riyadh.

Spread across 700,000 square meters, the Complex houses alfanar’s facilities.

The Complex has a comprehensive infrastructure including a data and communication center as well as a commercial zone.

Job Purpose

This position exist to assist in performing quality control activities efficiently, in timely manner and quality standards as per the defined policies and procedures to achieve departmental operational plans and developments.

Key Accountability Areas

Product Inspection and Testing:

  • Conduct thorough inspections and tests on products to ensure they meet quality standards and are released on time.

Project Coordination:

  • Collaborate with project teams and other departments to facilitate the timely and efficient execution of projects.

Non-Conformance Management:

  • Identify and control non-conforming products by issuing punch lists or Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and follow up to ensure completion and resolution.

Third-Party and Customer Inspections:

  • Coordinate inspections with third-party agencies and customers. Work closely with other departments to address and finalize customer comments, ensuring prompt product release.

Reporting and Documentation:

  • Prepare detailed inspection and test reports for each project, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

PLC Logic Programming:

  • Develop and implement PLC logic programming based on customer requirements, such as pump control, two out of three transformer incomers, and Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS).

Customer Complaint Resolution:

  • Address and resolve customer complaints by coordinating with the customer service team to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Solve any related problems arise and escalate any complex operational issues.

  • Ensure quality requirements to develop effective quality control and processes including specifications for products or processes or related activities.

Business Process Improvements:

  • Coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, procedures, and seek automations opportunities as much as possible.

Compliance:

  • Comply to related policy and procedures and work instructions.

Health, Safety, and Environment:

  • Ensure compliance of relevant safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls within defined area of work activity to guarantee safety, legislative compliance, and delivery of high-quality products/services.
