Responsibilities:
- Assemble and install mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic components.
- Perform functional tests on assembled components to ensure proper operation.
- Identify and resolve assembly issues, escalating complex problems to Class A assemblers or supervisors.
- Maintain accurate records of assembly processes and component usage.

As a Floor Assembly Technician - Electrical, you will engage in meaningful projects focused on the assembly, packaging, and testing of gas turbines and compressors, directly contributing to the power generation and oil & gas industries. This role targets candidates with a strong background in electrical assembly and packaging, who thrive in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment dedicated to achieving high-quality standards on time and within budget. How You’ll Make an Impact:
- Assemble and package electrical components for gas turbines and compressors.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project quality and timelines.
- Conduct assembly of electrical cable, tray, and conduit systems.
- Assemble instrument systems while adhering to safety codes and standards.
- Maintain and troubleshoot gas turbine or compressor packages in the field.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
What You Bring:
- Qualification in an applicable packaging production and engineering field from an accredited institution.
- Demonstrable knowledge of assembly and packaging activities for rotating equipment.
- Recent hands-on experience in electrical assembly and packaging.
- Familiarity with hazardous area codes and increased safety equipment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and fluency in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
- Field service experience with gas turbines or compressors is preferred.

As an ARMO Tech - Electro Mech, you will be responsible for:
- Troubleshooting, testing, assembling, disassembling and performing visual inspection of electro-mechanical assemblies.
- Assisting in reworking and repairing drilling equipment.
- Performing complex and difficult tests with mínimal instruction and documentation.
- Being able to identify and communicate technical problems by using logical troubleshooting techniques.
- Coaching to other technicians in areas of proven competence.

To be successful in this role you will:
- Have Electronic or Mechanical technical qualification.
- Have acquired Workmanship Standards Certificate.
- Have 7+ years of experience in maintenance of Drilling Service Equipment.
- Demonstrate a good technical and mechanical aptitude and a desire to learn and improve knowledge and skills.
- Be a team player with ability to work independently and demonstrate good problem-solving and analytical skills.
