**Overview**

Generates quantifiable requirements based on customer description, system planning and design, and ensures requirements comply through formal verification methods. Designs interfaces and brings network and system elements together so they work as a whole. Assesses performance using evaluation criteria and technical performance measures. Customer liaison and support for business development activities and to understand and shape requirements.

+ Participates in system conceptual design and documentation of the design concepts.
+ Installs all new hardware, systems, and software for networks.
+ Designs, creates, and builds network services, equipment and devices.
+ Generates system level requirements verification procedures and customer acceptance test procedures.
+ Monitors system performance and implements performance tuning.
+ Reviews test plans/procedures and ensures they meet the objectives of the contractual requirements and participates in the testing process to validate requirements.

+ Three+ (3) years o f experience working with Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS) equipment such as radars, GPS, AIS, APS, CCTV, VTC, etc.
+ Experience working OCONUS in security cooperation efforts or for foreign customers (i.e., not for US military bases or US Government (USG) facilities).
+ Experience with foreign disclosure reviews or similar experience such as sanitizing technical documentation, and interacting with USG and foreign senior military/government officials,

- Experience with systems installation, configuration and administration of routers/switches, UNIX/Linux, and Windows-based systems
- Experience that emphasizes L2-L4 Networks (L2 switching architectures including Spanning Tree, IP routing that includes OSPF and BGP, and L4 Load balancing)
- Understand and effectively present our security platform to technical and non-technical audiences
