Lincoln College International (LCI) is seeking a specialist trainer with expertise in Electrical Systems, covering the design, operation, maintenance, diagnostics, and interpretation of primarily electrical technologies with some additional focus on electronic technologies. The role will span integrating and applying electrical and electronic systems across various industrial platforms. Training delivery will primarily be situated within the context of defense systems, ensuring relevance to applications across aerospace, land and naval sectors.
The successful candidate will prepare, deliver, and assess training supporting the progression of trainees into specialist roles within the industry.
Due to the sensitive nature of this role, candidates will be required to undergo enhanced background security checks as part of the recruitment process.
Good competency in English is mandatory. Non-native candidates must provide proof of English competency through IELTS, TOEFL, STEP, or a similar language exam.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
Training & Course Delivery
Deliver high-quality theoretical and practical training in a range of modules, including:
MRO for Aerospace and Defense Electrical and Avionics Systems
Power Circuits and Transmission (Fundamentals through to Advanced)
High Voltage Technology and System Integrity
Electrical Machine Elements and Drive Systems
PCB Manufacturing, Assembly and Inspection
Electronics Diagnostics: Testing, Calibration and Troubleshooting
Design and implement engaging, hands-on lessons, workshops, and assessments that align with industry standards and best practices.
Ensure training is industry-focused, with a strong emphasis on real-world applications and technical competencies.
Assess trainees’ practical and theoretical understanding, providing structured feedback to support learning and skill development.
Maintain high teaching and learning quality standards through peer reviews and lesson observations.
Actively engage and motivate trainees, fostering technical excellence and professional behaviors.
Course & Program Development
Manage course content and success rates, ensuring effective learning outcomes.
Develop and refine training materials to align with industry advancements and regulatory requirements.
Contribute to developing and enhancing LCI’s training programs, ensuring they remain at the cutting edge of technology and best practices.
Quality Assurance & Assessment
Conduct assessments and internal verification and maintain documentation in compliance with LCI policies.
Ensure the safety, functionality, and upkeep of training equipment, tools, and lab facilities.
Trainee Engagement & Support
Organize enrichment activities, including industry visits, guest lectures, and hands-on projects.
Support the selection, recruitment, and enrollment of trainees into LCI programs.
Provide guidance, mentorship, and career support to trainees, ensuring their success in the program and progression into employment.

Training & Development
Candidates without a formal teaching qualification will be expected to complete a Level 4 Certificate in Education and Training (supported by LCI) within six months of starting. Additionally, opportunities for further professional development and industry certification will be provided. Those meeting the minimum educational qualifications, but lacking work experience may be considered for the Saudi Junior Teacher Development Program.
SALARY AND BENEFITS (NON-NEGOTIABLE) :
Base salary SAR17,000 per month TAX FREE

Essential Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of industry experience in electrical systems, ideally within a manufacturing or defense setting.
Minimum of Diploma (or equivalent) in Electrical Technology, Electronics Technology, Avionics or a related field; or recognized professional certifications in a related field.
Excellent communication skills and motivation to engage and inspire trainees (A CEFR B1 ability in English is required).
Enhanced security clearance will be required.
Understanding of health & safety regulations and best practices.
Desirable Requirements
Experience in one or more of the following: MRO procedures for aerospace / defense electrical systems, Electrical machine drives and servo systems, High voltage systems testing and integrity analysis, PCB design, fabrication and rework using standards, advanced electronics testing.
Prior teaching or training experience in a technical or vocational setting.
Recognized teaching qualification (e.g., Level 4 Certificate in Education and Training, PGCE, or equivalent).
Experience with use of Virtual Reality (VR) and Augmented Reality (AR) technologies.
Experience with assessing and internal verification.
End-Point Assessment (EPA) experience or an assessor qualification such as CAVA (Certificate in Assessing Vocational Achievement) or TAQA.
Industry-recognized certifications, such as:

**Summary**:
Instructors will train foreign military students in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to produce qualified technicians in their assigned specialties who are able to maintain aircraft systems, subsystems, support equipment, and/or provide logistics support and expertise with little or no supervision. Training shall provide students specialty Upgrade Training to elevate skills from 3-level to 5-level on F-15SA aircraft, GE engines, and associated support services for the following specialty.
**Instruct on the following Tasks and Responsibilities**:
- Perform On-the-Job Training (OJT), administer Career Development Courses as required, and teach Field Training Detachment courses as required to upgrade RSAF 3-level technicians to 5-level technicians and perform other related duties as assigned.
- The upgrade training will require hands-on demonstration and repair on and off the airframe or equipment as required for core and work center tasks in the Career Field Education and Training Plan (CFETP). Specific career field duties as outline in the curriculum.
- Troubleshoot, inspect, analyze, repair and replace aircraft electrical and environmental systems as defined in the applicable technical orders.
- Perform in-depth wire and electrical maintenance utilizing aircraft schematic diagrams.
- The contractor shall perform periodic scheduled and unscheduled maintenance of the ECS, electrical and Molecular Sieve Oxygen Generation System.
- The contractor shall assist with aircraft ground operations, launch and recovery supporting the training effort.
**Required educational/skills background**:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum five (5) years previous experience and 7-level on F-15 electrical/environmental systems.
- Previous instructor qualification highly desired.
**Physical Demands**:
This position requires normal physical functions. Work may require frequent bending, reaching and climbing. May frequently lift and carry items weighing up to fifty pounds and occasionally lift heavier items with the assistance of other workers. Work may be performed on top or under equipment in cramped or awkward positions, including the F-15 cockpit.
**Work Environment (ADA)**:
May be required to work in areas in or near a hangar/ flight line that may be noisy at times. May be exposed to moderate discomforts, such as heat, cold and wind. May be required to wear personal protective equipment when in or passing through a hazardous area.
