Lincoln College International (LCI) is seeking a specialist trainer with expertise in Electrical Systems, covering the design, operation, maintenance, diagnostics, and interpretation of primarily electrical technologies with some additional focus on electronic technologies. The role will span integrating and applying electrical and electronic systems across various industrial platforms. Training delivery will primarily be situated within the context of defense systems, ensuring relevance to applications across aerospace, land and naval sectors.

Properly functioning Electrical systems and equipment are critical to the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of the plant facilities and associated equipment & systems. As a member of the site engineering team, the Sr. Electrical Engineer will lead to interact routinely with plant operations, maintenance, and engineering personnel to provide “hands-on” field-engineering & troubleshooting support, instructions, and technical guidance related to the site’s Electrical systems & equipment including: large high voltage induction and synchronous motors and starting systems including reduced voltage autotransformers, electrical protection relays, low voltage and high voltage distribution systems, high voltage power-factor-compensation units, motor control centers & switchgear, and a variety of specialized electronic / electrical equipment.
