About the Role : We seek a skilled Testing Technician with expertise in electrical testing of medium and high voltage motors and generators. The candidate should understand testing procedures, instrumentation, and supervise on-site testing during service, erection, and commissioning.

Responsibilities :

• Perform and supervise tests such as Tan Delta, PD, DC Tests, ELCID, RSO, Wedge Tightness, and Run Tests
• Manage testing instruments and prepare detailed reports
• Inspect RTDs, BTDs, and auxiliaries during initial testing
• Supervise electrical testing at site and repair workshop
• Oversee electrical activities during maintenance, erection, and commissioning

Qualifications :

• Hands-on experience in motor/generator testing
• Ability to lead testing and inspection activities on-site
• Knowledge of test equipment and electrical standards

Required Skills :

• Practical experience in motor/generator testing
• Leadership in testing and inspection tasks
• Familiarity with electrical testing standards and equipment
