Tasks and Responsibilities

• Preparing periodic technical reports on the status of electrical systems on-site (distribution panels, management, generators, etc.)
• UPS
• Conducting field visits to the company's projects/buildings, following up on periodic maintenance work, and ensuring that technical contractors adhere to the required standards.
• Documenting electrical faults and problems and providing recommendations for the necessary corrective actions.
• Reviewing preventive and emergency maintenance plans and ensuring their implementation on-site.
• Monitoring the maintenance teams' compliance with occupational health and safety requirements during work execution.
• Coordinating with other departments, operating projects, and purchasing regarding maintenance needs for materials or services.
• Submitting contractor/service provider performance reports to the company's management, providing technical comments.
• Contributing to improving energy conservation plans and electrical efficiency solutions in buildings.
• Participating in receiving maintenance work or new electrical projects and ensuring their compliance with specifications.

Required Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Technology.
• Previous experience (3-5 years) in the field of electrical maintenance in buildings or real estate projects
• Familiarity with electrical standards and regulations (IEC/NFPA or equivalent).
• Highly capable of preparing technical reports and presentations.
• (Word - Excel - PowerPoint). Good skills in using office programs.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to travel and conduct field visits.

Role & responsibilities

Adjust, install, repair, or replace defective wiring, lighting, power, and control systems, using an electrician's tools

Receive & Analyze Malfunction Requests and do the necessary Troubleshooting.
• Inspect and test electrical systems and equipment to locate and diagnose malfunctions, using visual inspections, testing devices, and computer software.
• Install electrical equipment such as air-conditioning, heating, or ignition systems and components using hand tools.
• Install fixtures, outlets, terminal boards, switches, and wall boxes, electrical cables, or power sources as required using hand tools.
• Locate and remove or repair Electrical circuit defects.
• Measure, cut, and install frameworks and conduits to support and connect wiring, control panels, and junction boxes, using hand tools.
• Perform regular planned maintenance.
• Repair and replace broken or malfunctioning components of machinery and equipment.
• Reassemble equipment after completion of inspections, testing, or repairs.
• Perform all other duties as assigned or needed.

Job Title: Electrical Engineer – Medical Facility Maintenance & Construction

Responsibilities:

•

Design, review, and supervise electrical systems for healthcare facilities (power distribution, lighting, fire alarms, nurse call, UPS, generators, BMS, etc.).

•

Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure reliable operation of hospital electrical systems.

Ensure compliance with NFPA, NEC, IEC, and Ministry of Health standards.

• Experience with integration of airport electrical systems into building management systems and SCADA.
