This position exists to perform engineering tasks efficiently, in a timely manner, and according to quality standards as per the defined policies and procedures to achieve departmental operational plans and development goals.

• Understand, operate, and maintain a variety of Trumpf equipment, including CNC punch machines, laser machines, CNC bending machines, air compressors, dryers, powder coating plants (automatic and manual spray), and hydraulic systems.
• Oversee automation controls using PLC and SCADA systems to ensure proper functionality and integration within production processes.

• Focus on keeping plant and machinery maintained to achieve near-zero downtime, ensuring smooth and continuous production.
• Collaborate with production functions, such as fabrication and assembly, to schedule and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs that reduce unplanned downtime.

• Systematically document all maintenance activities and keep accurate records using the SAP program to ensure transparency and track machine performance.
• Support other departments by helping implement improved process layouts. Contribute to organizational goals such as enhancing productivity, reducing costs, minimizing waste, maintaining 6S standards, and ensuring adherence to health and safety standards.

• Ability to acquire updated soft and technical skills related to the job.

• Supervise and lead the maintenance team for electrical and instrumentation systems.
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment.
