Job Vacancy – Mechanical Cost Estimation Engineer (Construction Field)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Cost Estimation Engineer with solid experience in the construction field to join our head office team in Tabuk. The ideal candidate must have strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English, and a proven track record of delivering accurate cost estimations for various construction projects within Saudi Arabia.

Minimum Requirements (Must Meet All):
Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant construction cost estimation experience within Saudi Arabia.
Languages:
Arabic – Fluent (reading, writing, speaking).
English – Fluent (reading, writing, speaking).
Technical Expertise:
· BOQ (Bill of Quantities) preparation & review.
· Tender document analysis, drawings, and specifications review.
· Strong knowledge of Saudi construction market pricing and suppliers.
· Understanding of Saudi building codes and regulations.
· Other: Transferable Iqama preferred / Must be currently residing in Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities:
· Prepare detailed cost estimates for mechanical systems (HVAC, piping, ductwork, plumbing, etc.) based on drawings, specifications, and scope of work.
· Review project designs and specifications to ensure accurate cost forecasting.
· Identify potential cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
· Coordinate with procurement, project management, and engineering teams.
· Maintain up-to-date databases of prices, suppliers, and subcontractors.
· Prepare tender submissions and attend client meetings as needed.
