The role will span integrating and applying electrical and electronic systems across various industrial platforms. Training delivery will primarily be situated within the context of defense systems, ensuring relevance to applications across aerospace, land and naval sectors.

Due to the sensitive nature of this role, candidates will be required to undergo enhanced background security checks as part of the recruitment process.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :

Training & Course Delivery

  1. Deliver high-quality theoretical and practical training in a range of modules, including:

  2. Design and implement engaging, hands-on lessons, workshops, and assessments that align with industry standards and best practices.

  3. Ensure training is industry-focused, with a strong emphasis on real-world applications and technical competencies.

  4. Assess trainees’ practical and theoretical understanding, providing structured feedback to support learning and skill development.

  5. Maintain high teaching and learning quality standards through peer reviews and lesson observations.

  6. Actively engage and motivate trainees, fostering technical excellence and professional behaviors.

Course & Program Development

  1. Manage course content and success rates, ensuring effective learning outcomes.

  2. Develop and refine training materials to align with industry advancements and regulatory requirements.

Quality Assurance & Assessment

Training & Development

Candidates without a formal teaching qualification will be expected to complete a Level 4 Certificate in Education and Training (supported by LCI) within six months of starting. Those meeting the minimum educational qualifications, but lacking work experience may be considered for the Saudi Junior Teacher Development Program.

SALARY AND BENEFITS (NON-NEGOTIABLE) :

  • Base salary SAR17,000 per month TAX FREE

  • Housing allowance SAR 4,250per month TAX FREE

  • Transportation allowance SAR 500per month TAX FREE

  • Flight allowance SAR 500per month TAX FREE

Monthly Gross Salary – 22,250 SAR

Essential Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of industry experience in electrical systems, ideally within a manufacturing or defense setting.

  • Minimum of Diploma (or equivalent) in Electrical Technology, Electronics Technology, Avionics or a related field; or recognized professional certifications in a related field.

  • Excellent communication skills and motivation to engage and inspire trainees (A CEFR B1 ability in English is required).

  • Enhanced security clearance will be required.

Desirable Requirements

We are seeking an experienced Sr. Commissioning Electrical Engineer who will lead end-to-end commissioning of MV / LV power systems and their interfaces to MEP (HVAC, Fire, BMS) so the asset reaches safe, compliant, and fully documented handover (FAC) on time., to spec, and fully documented.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and run the commissioning program (lots, sequences, windows) aligned to the construction master schedule; keep a live CAT (Commissioning Activity Tracker) and punch/defect logs.

They will be a part of the Facility Operations team which is dedicated to ensure that all Electrical/System/Controls (BMS) assets perform safely and at ultimate level of performance. As a key contributor to our reliability efforts, this position will have a comprehensive and analytical approach to predict, prevent, eliminate or reduce equipment failures through application of current reliability techniques. Also, they will design and implement reliability improvement standards, on-going training and education, and equipment modifications in order to achieve world class maintenance reliability. The Reliability Engineer will be responsible for full Life Cycle Asset Management and for keeping our deployed technology systems current.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Technically responsible for part of / all electrical components of the plant
  • Perform failure mode and effect analysis to assure the proper Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Predictive Maintenance (PdM) programs are implemented, audited and improved on all existing and future assets
  • Application of Reliability Based Maintenance programs such as Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM)

What You'll Need
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering required. Master’s degree preferred, with an emphasis in Power Systems.
  • Detailed practical understanding of energy transmission systems, including operation, control, and optimization.
  • Applies extensive technical expertise and has a higher level of understanding of the basic principles of other related disciplines.
  • Experience in designing, implementing, and testing advanced power systems applications including State Estimator, Contingency Analysis, Study Power Flow, model management, Optimal Power Flow, Stability Analysis, Forecasting, Operator Training Simulator and may have knowledge of other fields.
  • Strong technical background with the ability to apply knowledge spanning IT and OT solutions with at least 7 years of relevant experience.
  • Analyze, design, program, troubleshoot, recommend solutions, perform enhancements, provide technical support, and implement modifications associated with the transmission applications.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.

The salary range for this role is $127,000.00 - $158,700.00. This range represents what we in good faith believe is the range possible for base compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on several factors. This range may be modified in the future. This role is also eligible for bonus or variable incentive pay. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package including paid time off, charitable giveback day, medical/dental/vision insurance, and retirement benefits to eligible employees.

The Role

DGM’s Advanced Distribution Management System (ADMS) is a high growth area in our business that unlocks an electric distribution utility’s ability to monitor, manage, control, and optimize the grid. As an Intermediate ADMS Project Consultant you will be involved in all aspects of the successful delivery of systems to our customers. You will use your experience with utility operations, ADMS systems, and business processes to lead and advise utility clients as they implement ADMS solutions. As a highly skilled individual contributor, you will be a trusted advisor who is able to engage with all levels of the utility from field crews to executive management. You will have the opportunity to work with DGM’s functional teams including ADMS Application Engineers, the Architecture and Product Solution teams, and our Software Development organization. You will influence and provide guidance on the future direction of ADMS products and be a “voice for the utility” within DGM. This exciting role will report to the Manager, ADMS Project Consulting.

Your Impact

  • Lead ADMS business process reviews for AspenTech electric utility clients to understand As-Is and document To-Be process mappings.
  • Perform contractual requirements analysis on ADMS projects identifying areas of potential concern for project teams.
  • Leverage utility knowledge and experience to provide insight, guidance, and recommendations to ADMS clients, project teams and product development.
  • Advocate the importance of project change management to help build knowledge and support within ADMS projects.
  • Develop an understanding of advancements in technology and industry innovations that are happening in digitalization, analytics, security, markets, and operational technology within the electric grid marketspace.
  • Assist ADMS project implementation teams, as needed, performing analysis, design, and test authoring.
What You’ll Need
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of project implementation or operational experience, preferably in the utility industry or other relevant experience.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% (domestic and international).
  • Knowledge of latest industry standards and trends.
  • Experience with electrical utility control systems (SCADA, EMS, GMS, DMS, OMS, DERMS) or experience working in utility operations or engineering support or as a business analyst.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, organizational and interpersonal skills, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multi-task on several projects in parallel in a fast-paced environment.
  • Business Analysis and Change Management concepts and implementation.
  • Strong commitment to providing superior customer service.
