About the Job:

We are seeking a skilled
E-learning Specialist
(
LMS Specialist
) to join our team full-time in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing educational platforms, providing technical support, and enabling innovative digital learning solutions. You will also contribute to the design and development of engaging e-learning content and instructional materials that enhance the overall learning experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and administer Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other educational platforms.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for users across the platforms.
  • Develop and implement innovative digital learning solutions and tools.
  • Design and create interactive e-learning content, digital modules, and instructional materials.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on learner engagement and platform performance.
  • Ensure all learning content is updated, accessible, and aligned with organizational goals.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and trends in e-learning to recommend improvements.
  • Perform other duties related to digital education and technical enablement as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Educational Technology, IT, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in e-learning, instructional design, or educational technology.
  • Strong knowledge of Learning Management Systems (e.g., Moodle, Blackboard, Canvas, etc.).
  • Experience in digital content design and multimedia learning elements.
  • Excellent problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on deadlines.
  • Familiarity with e-learning authoring tools (Articulate, Captivate, etc.) is a plus.
