• Track progress and training effectiveness by assessing performance, trends and identify skill gaps to ensure training objectives are satisfied
• Improve training effectiveness by developing new approaches and techniques in order to integrate support with routine job functions
• Administer training evaluations for all training conducted within his domain in order to enhance and upgrade training techniques.
• Maintain readiness of venues technical set-up and follow up with concern department in arranging training set-up.
• Support the implementation of various change management initiatives across AJVA.
• Establish professional relationship with line managers in order to discuss issues related to training and developmental need of the employees.
• Regular contact with functional employees across AJVA in order to exchange training related information.
• Follow all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner

Part-Time Teacher for Malayalee Students in Mecca

We are in need of a dedicated and enthusiastic teacher to join our team and teach Malayalee students in Mecca. This is a part-time position, perfect for those looking to supplement their income or currently studying. As this is a position for Malayalee students, no English proficiency is required.

Responsibilities:
- Develop lesson plans and curriculum tailored to the needs of Malayalee students
- Conduct engaging and interactive lessons that promote learning and understanding
- Assess student progress and provide feedback to parents
- Create a safe and inclusive learning environment for students
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to improve teaching methods

Requirements:
- Must be fluent in Malayalam language
- Prior teaching experience or relevant education is preferred
- Passionate about educating young minds and helping them achieve their full potential
- Good communication skills and ability to work well with others
- Must be located in Mecca or willing to commute for classes

Salary:
This position offers a competitive salary of 1100$ per month.
