Our client is seeking a world-class editorial strategist — ideally a former editor from a global publication — to join their leadership team. This is not a traditional editorial role. This is a high impact, externally facing position designed for a sharp global thinker who can shape narratives, identify emerging geopolitical and economic trends, and engage with the world’s most influential voices.
You will be instrumental in shaping the intellectual agenda of our platforms, securing high-level speakers and contributors, and representing them in strategic client engagements. This is a “hunt and close” environment — ideal for someone who thrives on influence, insight, and access.
Responsibilities- Identify and articulate global macro trends across geopolitics, economics, sustainability, and innovation to inform their platforms and client strategies.
- Leverage your editorial gravitas and global network to secure interviews, fireside chats, and keynote contributions from world leaders, CEOs, and cultural icons.
- Serve as a senior thought partner in client meetings, offering insight and editorial framing that enhances their value proposition.
- Collaborate with internal teams to shape the intellectual architecture of global forums, summits, and bespoke client events.
- Act as a public-facing editorial voice for our client — in media, on stage, and in high-level convenings.
- 10+ years of editorial experience
- Deep understanding of global affairs, economics and policy
- Exceptional network across media, business and governments
- Comfortable in high profile environments
- Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus
