المسؤوليات:

  • إدارة وتنمية قنوات المبيعات عبر الإنترنت (الموقع الإلكتروني، منصات التجارة الإلكترونية، وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي).
  • التفاعل مع العملاء، الرد على استفساراتهم وبناء علاقات طويلة الأمد.
  • التعاون مع فرق التسويق لتنفيذ الحملات والعروض الترويجية عبر الإنترنت.
  • تحليل بيانات المبيعات والاتجاهات لتحسين الأداء.
  • ضمان شحن وتسليم الطلبات بسلاسة.
  • العمل بشكل وثيق مع فريق المبيعات لتحقيق الأهداف وتجاوزها.

المتطلبات:

  • درجة البكالوريوس في التسويق، إدارة الأعمال أو مجال ذي صلة.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 2-3 سنوات في مبيعات الإنترنت أو التجارة الإلكترونية.
  • مهارات تواصل قوية (إجادة اللغة العربية مطلوبة؛ اللغة الإنجليزية تعتبر ميزة إضافية).
  • إلمام جيد بمنصات التجارة الإلكترونية وأدوات إدارة علاقات العملاء (CRM).
  • شغف بصناعة الشوكولاتة ورضا العملاء
