Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Perform all activities related to the testing and validation of an equipment, in accordance to the design objectives or specifications for operational use, including performance services, and performance tests
- Develop conceptual knowledge of professional discipline. May include support roles with specialized expertise or technical knowledge in broad area.
- Apply general knowledge of business developed through education or experience.
- Understand how work of own team contributes to the area.
- Resolve issues using established procedures. Consults supervisor or more senior team members for issues outside of defined instructions/parameters.
- Collaborate with others to solve issues. For customer facing roles, develops strong customer relationships and serves as the interface between customer and GE. Exchanges technical information asks questions and checks for understanding.
- Responsible for activities related to Substation Automation System commissioning on customer site, from site mobilization commissioning work, as well as management activities related to this scope.
- Consult supervisor or more senior team members for issues outside of defined instructions/parameters and collaborate with others to solve issues.
- Develops strong customer relationships and serves as the interface between customer and GE.
- Ensuring compliance to Project Management Handbook, GRID Quality & EHS Policies and IMS procedures
- Recording and reporting of Quality Objectives & KPI data
- Coordination with Client for Daily activities
- Recommend field changes beneficial to plant operations or necessary for efficient commissioning.
- Prepare final Commissioning report highlighting problem areas, recommended engineering changes, improvements in organizational efficiency and personnel performance evaluations to ensure that experience gained from each Commissioning is fed back to Project Management Team.
- Prepare monthly progress reports of activities performed by Commissioning group and highlight any negative events such as delays, design/erection errors, missing spares etc.
- Writing technical documentation: This includes test reports, repair reports, findings solutions, and technical reports.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Electrical engineering
- Electrical Safety: This includes knowledge of electrical safety standards, and how to work safely with electrical equipment.
- Basic experience in communication with Protection and control system as well 3rd party IEDs integration
- Some knowledge for Cybersecurity , IEC61850 protocol , Modbus , IEC101 , IEC 104 and IEC103
- Arabic & English proficiency
- The legal right to work in KSA without company sponsorship or time restriction.

Key Responsibilities
- Grow assigned Service Product Portfolio to achieve and exceed order and revenue targets for service products through outbound and inbound calls and email activities.
- Implement proactive call schedule to increase sales growth and productivity.
- Prioritize selling time to build and maintain a balanced funnel of sales prospects to generate sales, achieve account penetration and drive market share growth.
- Maintain complete knowledge of each account's history, contacts, and long-term purchase plans for designated products.
- Track call outcomes and opportunities through designated tracking processes in GE CRM tools.
- Act as primary salesperson for tactical sales opportunities by working directly with prospective customers to build value for our offerings, present proposals, negotiate and secure the order, working through both GE's internal sales and the external customers purchase processes.
- Support and partner with field service engineers and service sales team in their efforts to sell strategic offerings and maximize account penetration by identifying sales prospects, developing targeted account strategies, providing account/product information, developing proposals, and providing account follow up.
- Work closely with the product Managers to identify new growth opportunities & initiate campaigns for their product line, take part of implementing the go to market approach,
- Be part of the Product Managers operating mechanism in Collaboration with Service account Leaders & follow up internally & Externally on Campaigns & Initiatives.
- Maintain thorough current and competitive product knowledge and clear understanding of market dynamics to offer creative solutions to customers and territory and prepare/execute territory strategies and action plans. Understand basic clinical applications, functions, features and benefits with the ability to communicate them to customers.
- Support Install Basel cleanup initiatives, collect data, follow up to confirm the progress.
- Proposal preparations and following up contracts' agreements.
- Support / promote initiatives to drive Digital tools Growth Strategies.
- Support logistics team and commercial operations team to enhance response time in quoting process.

Responsibilities- Perform the day-to-day procurement activities for the Infrastructure Assets delivery programme and meet performance targets against Key Performance Indicators (Tender Event Schedule, etc.), in compliance with the client's objectives, strategies, policies, plans, procedures, and applicable regulations / standards templates.
- Collaborate with Vendors before and during the Tender phase, prepare bidder lists and Pre-Qualification Questionnaires, issue Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Request for Quotations (RFQs), analyze bids, and prepare reports (e.g. Pre-Qualification Evaluation Reports) and recommendations.
