  • Perform the day-to-day procurement activities for the Infrastructure Assets delivery programme and meet performance targets against Key Performance Indicators (Tender Event Schedule, etc.), in compliance with the client’s objectives, strategies, policies, plans, procedures, and applicable regulations / standards templates.

  • Collaborate with engineering, quality, project management, and commercial teams to meet timelines.
  • Develop awareness of commodity sourcing strategies and market trends.
  • Maintain high Quality, Environment, Health, and Safety (QEHS) standards in all decisions and activities.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Civil Engineering.
  • Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of work experience.
  • Strong communication skills in Arabic and English (written & spoken).
  • Demonstrated eagerness to learn, problem-solving mindset, and ability to work collaboratively.
  • Comfortable living and working in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
  • The legal right to work in KSA without company sponsorship or time restriction. KSA National preferred.
