What you'll do:
- Significant on-the-job learning within the commercial functions and other areas of power services, giving you exposure to different markets, products, and leaders.
- World-class training in sales, leadership, and business skills. Program members strengthen their commercial, business, and leadership skills by completing hands-on, and online training.
- Work closely with the Commercial Team to support development of the overall business growth strategy, including market analysis, market opportunities identification, and execution of the sales growth plan.
- Collaborate with Sales Managers to define the sales strategy for targeted clients and develop a thorough understanding and analysis of the core markets.
- Partner with the Proposal team in the development and compilation of proposals to meet customers' and sales team requirements.
- Build and present the Risk & Opportunities analysis and the associated risk mitigation plans alongside the Sales Managers.
- Support customer negotiations; ensure deals deliver shareholder value to contribute positively to sales, orders, and profitability.
- Receiving formal mentoring and coaching by senior management.

- Attend classroom and boot camp trainings for NDT and Boroscope Procedures and successful complete the classes.
- Work with Senior Colleagues to carry out Borescope and robotics Inspection on Gas turbine, steam turbines & Generators main modules and associate parts.
- Work with Senior Colleagues to Solve technical issues and problems as appropriate when encountered during daily activities
- Suggests improvements in products, processes and procedures. Perform cross functional jobs within the department if required.
- Performing prescribed NDT inspection techniques and processes to detect part compliance issues under supervision of Qualified NDT inspection
- Performing basic mathematical calculations. Maintaining detailed job task documentation, reports, and records

Roles and Responsibilities
- Perform all activities related to the testing and validation of an equipment, in accordance to the design objectives or specifications for operational use, including performance services, and performance tests
- Develop conceptual knowledge of professional discipline. May include support roles with specialized expertise or technical knowledge in broad area.
- Apply general knowledge of business developed through education or experience.
- Understand how work of own team contributes to the area.
- Resolve issues using established procedures. Consults supervisor or more senior team members for issues outside of defined instructions/parameters.
- Collaborate with others to solve issues. For customer facing roles, develops strong customer relationships and serves as the interface between customer and GE. Exchanges technical information asks questions and checks for understanding.
- Responsible for activities related to Substation Automation System commissioning on customer site, from site mobilization commissioning work, as well as management activities related to this scope.
- Consult supervisor or more senior team members for issues outside of defined instructions/parameters and collaborate with others to solve issues.
- Develops strong customer relationships and serves as the interface between customer and GE.
- Ensuring compliance to Project Management Handbook, GRID Quality & EHS Policies and IMS procedures
- Recording and reporting of Quality Objectives & KPI data
- Coordination with Client for Daily activities
- Recommend field changes beneficial to plant operations or necessary for efficient commissioning.
- Prepare final Commissioning report highlighting problem areas, recommended engineering changes, improvements in organizational efficiency and personnel performance evaluations to ensure that experience gained from each Commissioning is fed back to Project Management Team.
- Prepare monthly progress reports of activities performed by Commissioning group and highlight any negative events such as delays, design/erection errors, missing spares etc.
- Writing technical documentation: This includes test reports, repair reports, findings solutions, and technical reports.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Electrical engineering
- Electrical Safety: This includes knowledge of electrical safety standards, and how to work safely with electrical equipment.
- Basic experience in communication with Protection and control system as well 3rd party IEDs integration
- Some knowledge for Cybersecurity , IEC61850 protocol , Modbus , IEC101 , IEC 104 and IEC103
- Arabic & English proficiency
