Job Purpose
The eCommerce manager will partner with cross-functional teams to help maximize the online customer experience & grow the eCommerce business of KENVUE, establishing KENVUE as leaders in this field. This position requires excellent communication skills when dealing with stakeholders & partners as well as the ability to work within deadlines both independently and as part of a team. The individual will be responsible for the day-to-day management & development of the KENVUE eCommerce business and sales targets in KSA cluster whilst following the strategy of growth and excellence in execution set by the Head of Ecommerce-GCC and the KSA commercial Head.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Coordinate the Kenvue eCommerce business with internal & external teams including working closely with our market distributor.
- Increase sales & profitability guided by the eCommerce strategy
- Achieve revenue and profit targets
- Grow our Ecommerce share YOY
- Remain informed of product category assortments, stock and seasonal merchandise
- Partner with ecommerce sites to communicate & achieve KENVUE eCommerce business goals, continually enhance relationships with partners whilst developing and executing strategies to achieve the KENVUE eCommerce goals
- Brainstorm new ideas and conduct competitive analysis with partners and internally
- Regularly produce, analyze and distribute site reports to KENVUE eCommerce Leadership
- Improve SCANR (Search, Content, Assortment, Navigation, Reviews) performance with all partners
- Identify & engage with new eCommerce partners
- Ensure the smooth delivery of KENVUE orders to eCommerce partners
- Leverage business analysis and strong understanding of financial metrics to track selling, identify key trends and maximize opportunities in the assortment to achieve growth and profitability of the ecommerce business
- Maintain robust competitive intelligence to monitor trends, pricing strategies and presentation techniques
- Exhibit leadership capability to motivate and engage all stakeholders with regards to eCommerce growth

- 5+ years ecommerce experience required, 3+ years' experience in eCommerce management
