Responsibilities:
- Establish Standards and Best Practices:
- Develop systems, standards, and best practices for new product listings, content creation, distribution, and maintenance
- Provide support across digital marketing areas, including PPC, Email Marketing, SEO, Keyword Research, Google Analytics, Website UX, and Paid Social Media
- Identify best practices for SEO related to inventory, pre-orders, and pricing strategies
- Performance Analysis and Sales Monitoring:
- Track product sales changes using web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) for organized reporting
- Oversee key operational tasks, including stock management, category updates, and handling product returns
- Collaborate closely with merchandising, operations, and customer service teams to enhance efficiencies, trade activities, and customer experience
- Product Management and Promotional Activities:
- Manage product uploads, build new categories, update product details, and execute promotional campaigns
- Play an active role in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for development projects and conduct regular site checks to ensure accuracy at all times
- Coordinate daily e-commerce marketplace activities such as product uploads, performance reporting, and stock transfers
- Reporting and Data Insights:
- Prepare reports on e-commerce trade performance, including key performance indicators (KPIs), provide data-driven insights, and conduct in-depth analysis to understand shopping behaviors and trends
- Participate in the ongoing development and improvement of the website to enhance user experience and site performance
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a retail-focused organization, with at least 3 years in digital or e-commerce roles. Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms like Shopify, Zid, and Salla, including product management, promotions, and store optimization, preferably within a company that operates both offline retail and online sales channels
- Proficient in using analytical tools such as GA4, Clarity, or Hotjar to assess performance and identify areas for improvement and innovation.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce user experience (UX), content development projects, and user interaction across digital platforms.
- Excellent data analysis skills with the ability to define and track commercial objectives, sales targets, and conversion funnels.
- Advanced Excel skills and good familiarity with web design basics, with a keen eye for detail and consistency.
- Experience managing cross-functional workflows using task/project management tools such as ClickUp, Asana, or Notion, with the ability to coordinate across marketing, operations, and logistics.
- Solid understanding of payment workflows (e.g., Tamara, Tabby, Mada, COD) and ability to collaborate with finance and accounting teams for reconciliation.
- Proven ability to manage order fulfillment, returns, inventory tracking, and ensure smooth operational execution.
