- Assist with receiving, unloading, counting, and stocking physical inventory in the warehouse
- Open boxes, crates, and other containers
- Ensure orders are processed efficiently and that the delivery of materials meets customers’ expectations and business timelines
- Pick items according to the Order form
- Inspect items to ensure they’re not damaged or faulty and adjust inventory accordingly
- Pack item according to specified packing guidelines
- Ship and fulfil customer orders in Inventory system, inputting appropriate tracking numbers and links
- Maintain safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, inventory space and workstations neat; sweep and vacuum
- Always organize warehouse and work area for orderliness
- Wear the proper safety equipment
- Order new supplies in a timely manner, including pre-paid shipping packaging, stationary, tissue paper, boxes, etc.
- Constantly work to improve processes
- Make suggestions for productivity improvements
- Communicate and collaborate with other team members
- Ensure that internal delivery processes are adhered to
- Sustain the corrective actions to eliminate repeat issues
- Monitor and maintain stock accuracy by ensuring physical stock is in line with the inventory management system and ensure all stock movements are recorded to ensure accuracy

The position requires collaboration with business stakeholders, vendors, and the Master System Integrator (MSI) to assist in translating requirements into effective designs, managing delivery timelines, and ensuring seamless integration and support for applications such as F&B POS, Kitchen Display Systems (KDS), and their integrations with Entertainment Ticketing, Material Control, ERP, and Digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the Manager in designing and delivering IT applications for F&B and Retail, ensuring alignment with business requirements

- Solid understanding of F&B and Retail business processes and systems
- Experience supporting IT solution delivery in F&B and Retail environments is a plus
