What We’re Looking For:

**About the Role**

This Senior Director position is a part of FTI Consulting's eDiscovery Consulting team.

As part of the Middle East regional practice and based in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia ("KSA"), the Senior Director will lead on phases of e-discovery projects and be the key client contact in country for all Technology projects, in particular eDiscovery and Digital Forensics and will have responsibility for client delivery of projects supported by the team in the United Arab Emirates and across the EMEA. The Senior Director will also have responsibility to manage and develop the Tech KSA team in all areas of their technical and personal development, supported by their own Coach, as well as the rest of the team.

**Key Responsibilities**:
You will be part of a cross-functional team that manages all areas related to the Forensic preservation, analysis, migration, processing, analysis, conversion, quality assurance, tracking, and management of client data. In particular, responsibilities will include:

- Liaise with clients and project managers regarding client requests and manage expectations
- Plan and execute electronic evidence collection exercises, on-site at client premises around the KSA and abroad as required;
- Utilise industry standard and bespoke software to access, extract and cull data from electronic evidence sources;
- Assume responsibility for day-to-day data processing, conversion, analysis, quality control, import, and other specialised tasks including interaction with other consultants, supervisors, and client personnel;
- Co-ordinate closely with colleagues within and across teams to manage the delivery of client requirements;
- Be customer-service-oriented to meet client deadlines, including working out of business hours when necessary;

- Experience of performing forensic analysis, reporting and preparation of witness statements
- Familiarity with EnCase, Axiom, Cellebrite, Oxygen, Blacklight, Forensic Toolkit (FTK), NUIX, Relativity, and/or equivalent open source (Linux) forensic tools
- Litigation support experience.

What you’ll need

  1. A minimum of ten years of experience, preferably with a mix of consulting and industry within KSA. Consulting experience is a must.
  2. Specific experience in a range of business-critical topics such as cost optimization, working capital management, operations improvement, M&A, and profitable top-line growth.
  3. A track record of delivering hands-on, quality work products in multiple work streams, and the ability to take full responsibility for several areas.
  4. Degree(s) in Business, Finance, Engineering (or foreign equivalent) preferable.
  5. Extraordinary analytical and critical thinking skills.
  6. Advanced written communication skills experienced with preparing client-ready documents as well as structuring and developing presentation materials.
  7. Extraordinary customer service and interpersonal skills. Experience working and communicating directly with senior executives and staff.
  8. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, database applications, and other related tools.
  9. Fluency in English and Arabic is required; other languages are a plus.
  10. Excellent relationship management with stakeholders; proven team working attitude and potential leadership skills.
  11. High energy style, flexible and adaptive, with the ability to work well in a very fast-paced environment.
  12. Willingness to travel extensively.
  13. You are eligible to work in KSA and/or have a transferrable iqama.
  14. Willingness to work outside of normal business hours, particularly as unique projects/needs arise.
  15. Ability to work full time in an office and remote environment.

Role Summary:

Reporting to the Director of Business Development, you will be responsible for establishing SANTECHTURE as an industry leader in providing RCM solutions for the healthcare industry. You will develop new revenue streams and grow our market share by cultivating and driving deep relationships with key customers and strategic partners. In doing so, you will gain a deep understanding of customer needs to evolve and strengthen SANTECHTURE's value propositions.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Analyze the healthcare sector and define growth strategies for the business.
  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities and develop compelling value propositions
  • Understand the unique needs of customers (public/private small/big) and effectively pitch SANTECHTUREs solutions with a focus on value-creation.
  • Have a understanding of key Saudi Arabia public health entities with established network.
  • Establish strategic partnerships to build and strengthen our network.
  • Be accountable for measurable outcomes such as revenue growth, and market share.
  • Contribute to SANTECHTUREs marketing efforts to position SANTECHTURE as the leading RCM technology supplier in the region.

Job Requirements:

  • At least 12+ years experience in Enterprise sales.
  • Well versed with the Healthcare Technology sales.
  • Possess a good network across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) market .
  • Strong understanding of the commercial workings of the Healthcare sector and industry trends.
  • Deep network amongst Middle East Healthcare ecosystem players such as government agencies, hospitals and medical providers.
  • A strong commercial sense, creative strategist with an entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Self-starter, confident and target oriented.
  • Willing to be hands-on in a fast-growing company.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to represent SANTECHTURE and lead discussions with C-level, senior management and regulators.
