Lead innovation in event experience, ensuring tournaments remain cutting-edge and highly engaging for both players and fans.

Partner closely with Marketing, Commercial, Games, Clubs & Players, and other teams to deliver aligned, high-impact results.

Manage external vendors, broadcasters, and production partners to ensure flawless execution at every stage.

Oversee multi-million-dollar budgets and ensure cost-effective decision-making without compromising quality.

Help to build strong product governance frameworks, ensuring effective reporting, accountability, and operational efficiency.

Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business, or related field.

10+ years of experience in esports, including 3+ years in senior leadership roles.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Proven track record of designing and executing international tournaments or major competitive ecosystems.

Strong understanding of the global esports landscape, including game genres, league structures, and audience dynamics.

Extensive experience managing large teams, including hiring, mentoring, and performance management.

Demonstrated success in managing high-value budgets and delivering large-scale, complex projects.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.

Exceptional problem-solving abilities and comfort thriving in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Managing one's own time and helping to keep the project on schedule.
  • Ability to identify small issues and escalate them appropriately before they become major problems.
