Within the Services organization, the Business & Market Insights product organization is focused on creating and delivering superior products and services that equip our clients with the right data-powered solutions, insights, and advisory services, to drive confident decision-making for better outcomes. This team is accountable for ensuring we are growing our business through thoughtful product road mapping that evolves our solution sets to meet existing and new use cases, influencing global product managers to ensure the solutions in region are effective and partnering with our Services Business Development and Client Services teams to drive relevant go-to-market solutions for our customers in the region.
This role is responsible for the presales and management of Advanced Analytics products in EEMEA region with a special focus on West Arabia division while supporting the broader EEMEA B&MI Advanced Analytics product management team for region-wide initiatives.
Key responsibilities of this role include :
- Owning and driving the P&L aspirations of the Advanced Analytics products in EEMEA, in close coordination with the regional Services business leads and specialist sales teams in the region.
- Determining and driving forward the product innovation agenda and product roadmap in partnership with the global product leads and regional stakeholders.
- Ensuring successful commercialization of new and existing solutions in collaboration with the business development teams and client services teams in the region incl. providing specialist sales support, driving marketing and thought leadership initiatives
- Ensuring flawless delivery of the product and maintaining the highest standards of quality in our customer relationships
- Interface with Mastercard leadership across the organization to represent the suite of capabilities and products
- Monitor external environment to ensure our solutions remain market leading / competitive

Educational Background

Professional Experience
- At least 15 years of experience in engineering, with a minimum of 10 years in senior leadership roles.
- Proven experience in the elevator, manufacturing, or related industries preferred.

- Demonstrated expertise in new product development, modernization, and service product lifecycles.

This intensive, project-based training is open to applicants from Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, and Oman , as well as individuals holding a valid Canadian visit visa .
Led by industry veterans Julie Berg and Carla Jones , the program is delivered from The Cuts Vancouver studio and provides students with the tools to take fashion products from concept to mass productionboth locally and globally.
Program Summary :
This hands-on training program introduces students to the full product lifecyclefrom prototyping to manufacturing coordination. Participants will gain technical and business skills to manage everything from sourcing and costing to sample development and quality control. Students will produce real garments, including both domestic and international samples , and graduate with a portfolio of tangible work.
What You Will Learn :
Understanding roles and interdependencies in the fashion production pipeline
Building and managing technical specification packages (tech packs)
Garment construction, seam details, trim components, and BOMs
Costing strategies, production calendars, and factory planning
Sourcing strategy for materials and manufacturing (domestic and international)
Textile science : fibers, fabric prep, dyeing, and printing
Overseas production coordination, lab dips, DTM trims, and quality control
Creating four final garments (2 made in Canada, 2 overseas)
Presenting a professional production portfolio and business-ready plan
