HR Director – Saudi Arabia CLIENT Linum Consult’s client is currently seeking a bilingual English- and Arabic-speaking HR Director to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. RESPONSIBILITIES • Supporting managers in the understanding of human resources issues, and developing their teams • Managing the recruitment process • Proposing, executing, and coordinating all training plans that are necessary to support the growth of the business • Leading the annual interview process and performance reviews, as well as the talent review process and succession planning • Managing litigation files by interfacing with mandated lawyers if necessary, negotiating the exit of individual employees • Being responsible for the local deployment of the company’s HR processes, taking into account the legal and cultural specificities of Saudi Arabia, especially with regard to quality of life at work and diversity issues. Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Organisational Psychology or equivalent • Around 10-15 years’ experience in Human Resources, with at least 5-8 years’ experience in managerial roles • Strong mentoring and leadership skills, with the ability to think holistically • Previous experience of working for a construction company in a multicultural environment • Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English and Arabic • Due to our client’s ongoing commitment to Saudization, they are only seeking Saudi nationals, with good knowledge of local Saudi employment laws and procedures

What You'll Be Doing
