Guest Experience & Service Excellence
- Deliver and oversee exceptional in-villa dining experiences, ensuring privacy, personalization, and attention to detail.
- Assist in tailoring menus and dining setups to guest preferences, special requests, and cultural considerations.
- Monitor service quality through regular feedback, ensuring service exceeds luxury expectations.
- Analyses results of CSI, glitches, collaborates on creating and executing action plans with IVD Manager to address any non-conformances to drive continuous improvement.
- Ensures all feedback is recorded in timely manner on relevant platforms.
- Ensures all guests F&B inquiries are responded to on Alliants efficiently and as per processes and guidelines.
Operational Support
- Support the In-Villa Dining Manager in daily operations, including scheduling, coordination, and task delegation.
- Ensures timely, accurate, and efficient delivery of all in-villa dining orders, amenities, and clearance of F&B items.
- Hands on approach to service.
- Advises IVD manager on any improvements needed including updates and addition of SOPs.
- Ensures completion of all checklists and HACCAP files.
- Proficient in usage of Alliants, HotSOS, Micros.
- Assist in managing inventory, equipment, and supplies to guarantee uninterrupted service.
- Uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards in compliance with company and local regulations.
Team Collaboration & Training

Innovation & Cultural Integration
