Induces best practice business transformation and project management standards. Define & drive business process standardization and transformations while aligning & supporting the business initiatives in close collaboration with external partners, and business stakeholders; this entails ensuring scalability, reliability and robustness of the deployed systems and services and developments through business transformation, operational innovations, and technology solutions with the goal of improving operational efficiency, effectiveness, and customer experience.

The role will also lead the adoption and integration of emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), and Intelligent Automation into business processes to drive data-driven decision-making and operational excellence.

Accountability:

Business Analysis

1.Conducts business analyses, plan and facilitate workshops to better understand the status quo, translate conclusions into recommendations, propose solutions and implement large-scale organizational change programs.

2.Assess status quo of systems, technology, and processes within ACD functions and develop business case proposal for business transformation initiatives.

3.Collaborates with Business Leaders and considers business input to understand strategies to develop the business transformation proposals, establishes the priorities for processes standardization, optimization and system improvements.

4.Develops structure, methodology, and leads cross-functional team to deliver process improvements and prioritize application development.

5.Leverages AI-driven analytics tools to uncover operational insights and predictive models for strategic planning.

6.Promotes the use of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) for routine analysis and reporting functions.

Business Process & transformation

7.Ensures all process documentation, applications used, application dependencies, other process interdependencies to develop optimal process design.

8.Define a continuous process to review the fit-gap analysis of business process and systems and driving process optimization opportunities and implementing enhancements to business process, systems & technologies.

9.Leads and conducts discovery sessions, requirements gathering, design specifications, and implementation and redesign of processes , workflows and systems

10.Establish success metrics to measure and manage the impact of process and tool improvements

11.Champions the integration of AI platforms and advanced analytics into workflows for real-time decision-making and demand forecasting.

12.Identifies use cases for AI in inventory management, logistics optimization, and prescriptive sales insights within the FMCG sector.

Execution & Implementation

13.Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects and ensure all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.

14.Lead Change management process to apply new systems tool and workflows rollout & implementation across all business units

15.Supports BTD in developing annual operating plan, and develops effective decks/presentations by structuring the proposals deck

16.Resolve project issues as escalated and ensure that projects are delivered on time and meet internal and external customer expectations

17.Drives digital transformation projects including AI-enabled systems deployment, AI governance frameworks, and continuous learning platforms.

•Implementation of plan and utilization of resources within set budgetary parameters.

•Proposed business case rich in qualitative and quantitative analysis and serves strategic objectives.

•% Adherence to the AOP

Communication and working relationships:

•Daily verbal/written/phone communication with Business Transformation Director

•Communicate with HOFs, GMs and Present data to DP and senior management team.

•Communication as required with software vendors and implementation companies.

•Collaborates with AI solution providers, data science teams, and innovation partners to align business goals with technological capabilities

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

•University graduate, Engineering degree

•Management Consulting experience is a plus

•Proven experience in design and implementation projects across different streams for 7 yrs

•Ability to Influence functional heads to embrace change initiatives, form a guiding coalition for the change, create and communicate the change vision and inspire others, empower others to act on the vision, ability to plan and highlight visible performance improvement.

•Excellent bi-lingual communication skills, both written and verbal

•Strong understanding of AI/ML applications in supply chain, sales forecasting, and operations

•Experience with digital transformation tools such as AI platforms, cloud-based analytics, data lakes, and RPA tools

•Knowledge of data privacy, AI ethics, and governance frameworks

•Proficiency in visual storytelling using Oracle Analytics, Power BI, Tableau, or other advanced analytics tools

The Senior Project Management Specialist (أخصائي إدارة مشاريع) will be accountable for the strategic oversight and execution of high-impact projects within the organization, ensuring alignment with our corporate objectives. This role requires at least 7 years of substantive experience in project management and Project Management Office (PMO) functions, emphasizing a profound understanding of project lifecycle methodologies and best practices. The incumbent must hold a current Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or an equivalent, thereby guaranteeing expertise in initiating, planning, executing, and closing projects across diverse sectors. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is a fundamental requirement, supplemented by a proven track record of leading project teams and delivering projects on time and within budget. The Senior Project Management Specialist will serve as a key liaison among stakeholders, encouraging a culture of continuous improvement and driving project governance frameworks to enhance the organization's project capabilities.

Job Requirements:

  • The candidate must possess a minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in project management and PMO functions, demonstrating a thorough understanding of project management frameworks.
  • A valid and current Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or a recognized equivalent is required.
  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is essential for this position.
  • The candidate must be a Saudi national as a prerequisite for this role.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and lead the planning, execution, and delivery of assigned projects, ensuring adherence to the approved project scope, timelines, and budgets.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project management plans, including risk management strategies and communication plans to keep stakeholders informed and engaged.
  • Collaborate with senior management and stakeholders to define project goals, objectives, and deliverables that align with strategic corporate policies and procedures.
  • Lead regular project meetings to assess project progress, address challenges, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
  • Conduct thorough project evaluations and analyze outcomes, documenting lessons learned to enhance the overall effectiveness of future projects.
  • Facilitate the establishment of project performance metrics to assess progress and effectiveness of project deliverables against set objectives.
  • Mentor and support junior project managers and project team members, fostering a culture of excellence in project management practices.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational standards and policies throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Advocate for the development and enforcement of PMO standards and practices to drive project consistency and quality across the organization.
  • Engage in continuous learning and professional development in project management methodologies and industry trends.

Required Skills:

  • In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices, with a focus on Agile and Waterfall approaches.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and drive teams towards successful project outcomes.
  • Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail, capable of making data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English, facilitating effective stakeholder engagement and collaboration.
  • Proficient in the use of project management software tools (such as MS Project, Primavera, etc.) and other relevant technology platforms.
  • Solid financial acumen to manage project budgets and financial reports effectively.
  • Effective negotiation skills to manage vendor relationships and project deliverables.
  • Ability to adapt to changing project conditions and maintain composure under pressure.
  • Strategic planning skills, with a focus on long-term organizational goals and stakeholder alignment.
