The Digital Solution Expert – Sales is responsible for driving revenue growth by positioning and selling digital products, services, and solutions to clients. This role acts as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders—understanding client needs, proposing tailored digital solutions, and ensuring successful sales execution and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with prospects to understand their business challenges and digital transformation needs
- Develop and deliver compelling proposals, demos, and presentations of digital solutions (e.g. software platforms, SaaS, analytics, integration, digital transformation packages)
- Collaborate with product, technical, marketing, and implementation teams to customize solutions to client requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
- Proven sales experience (3–5+ years) in B2B digital solutions, software, IT services, or similar domain
- Strong understanding of digital technologies, software architectures, integration, APIs, cloud, analytics, etc.
- Ability to translate technical features into business value
- Excellent presentation, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot)
