Are you passionate about digital advertising and growth marketing?
We're looking for a Media Buying & Growth Hacking Specialist to lead our paid media campaigns and customer acquisition strategies across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage media budgets across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and local platforms.
· Run A/B tests and continuously optimize campaign performance.
· Apply growth hacking tactics to increase app downloads and customer retention.
· Build and manage partnerships with publishers and influencers.
· Report on ROI and key performance metrics.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Digital Media, or Business Administration.
+3 years of experience in digital media buying.
Strong command of English (written and spoken); Arabic is a plus.
Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Skills & Competencies
Advanced knowledge of PPC, programmatic buying, and analytics tools.
Proven experience in B2C growth marketing.
