Key Responsibilities:

*Social Media Management
• Lead the performance and optimization of AlBawani’s corporate social channels (e.g.,
LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube).
• Monitor KPIs such as reach, engagement, and audience growth to drive platform
performance.
• Oversee scheduling, publishing, and governance of posts, ensuring brand consistency.
• Coordinate paid campaigns with internal and external teams, tracking spend and ROI.
• Provide strategic guidance to content creators to ensure platform-appropriate, high-quality
*Digital Campaign Management
• Plan, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns for events, hiring drives,
partnerships, and brand milestones.
• Monitor campaign analytics and make real-time optimizations.
• Ensure campaigns support business goals and are delivered within budget and timeline.
*Analytics & Reporting
• Track and analyze digital KPIs using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or
similar.

Qualifications & Experience
