• Demonstrated ability to manage end-to-end production of high-quality multimedia content for online platforms.
• Proficiency in video editing software, motion graphics, and content management tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite : Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition, Final Cut Pro, Canva, etc.).
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS), Learning Experience Platforms (LXP), and media integration best practices.
• Solid understanding of social media strategy, digital storytelling, and audience engagement techniques.

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Media Performance Manager to lead our partner organization's digital marketing efforts and drive growth through data-driven strategies.
Role Overview:
As the Digital Media Performance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our digital marketing campaigns across various channels. You will lead a team of specialists in digital performance, analytics, and marketing automation, while also collaborating with a third-party performance agency. Your primary goal is to maximize customer acquisition, retention, and revenue through effective digital marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
- Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of digital media campaigns
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of marketing efforts
