JOB PURPOSE:

Marketing Analytics Manager leverages data to enhance digital acquisition strategy. Employee will provide insights on the digital performance and campaign effectiveness. Through data analysis, they identify opportunities to optimize customer acquisition, and improve ROI. They collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data-driven insights with business goals.

Maintain analytical tools and reports to study key business opportunities in acquisition, portfolio management.

To implement portfolio management strategies on decision support systems according to business guidelines and track /analyse the results for further recommendations.

Create, maintain and update standard dashboards as per the SLA, conduct trend analysis to identify changes in business drivers in Excel and analytical tools like SAS, etc.

Maintains and ensures prompt implementation and compliance with AESA Growth department and track, reports.

Recommends modifications of the Growth department policies based on identified opportunities and risks in areas of account origination, portfolio management.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Day-to-day Operations

1.   Data Management & Analytics: Gather, process, and analyze data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Develop KPI dashboards, automate reporting, and provide actionable insights to improve business performance.

2.   Marketing Performance & Campaign Optimization: Implement and analyze search, social, display, and content marketing campaigns. Continuously measure performance, track key metrics, and optimize campaigns for improved conversions and ROAS.

3.   Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute cross-channel digital strategies (SEO, paid media, email, and social media) based on market research and business goals. Collaborate with creative agencies to enhance campaign effectiveness.

4.   Reporting & Visualization: Present findings through reports, visualizations, and dashboards to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders.

5.   Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with marketing, sales, product, IT, and external partners to ensure data accuracy, campaign effectiveness, and alignment with business objectives.

6.   Compliance & Governance: Ensure adherence to data privacy laws (PDPL) and maintain high standards in safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications & Experience

Minimum Qualifications:

·   Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL .

·   Experience with data visualization tools.

·   Strong analytical mind-set with attention to detail and accuracy in data interpretation.

·   Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex data insights.

·   Expertise in data visualization tools

·   Proven track record in forecasting

·   Experience with marketing attribution models

·   Ability to analyze customer behavior

·   Proven ability to develop KPIs

·   Experience in statistical models

·   GTM, Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics, Search Console, Adobe Analytics, and other web analytics platforms

Experience:

Degree in Marketing, Statistics, Economics with 5-10 years of experience.

  • Perform statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, and predictive modeling to extract actionable insights and support decision-making.
  • Create advanced dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker, ensuring KPIs are tracked and visualized effectively.
  • Collaborate with data engineers and business stakeholders to define data requirements and ensure alignment between technical outputs and business needs.
  • Apply data mining, clustering, and regression techniques to detect patterns, trends, and anomalies across large datasets.
  • Document methodologies, maintain reproducibility of analysis, and adhere to best practices for version control and code management (e.g., Git).

Job Requirements

  • A degree in computer science, data science or any other relevant field. A master's is a plus
  • 4 years of experience in relevant fields
  • Data Engineering & Querying: Strong proficiency in SQL
  • Visualization & Reporting: Advanced skills in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or equivalent) and ability to design performance-optimized dashboards.
  • Data Wrangling: Ability to handle raw, messy data—cleaning, normalizing, feature engineering, and managing large datasets with performance considerations.
  • Cloud & Analytics Tools: Familiarity with cloud platforms (GCP BigQuery, AWS Redshift, Azure Synapse) and distributed data systems (Spark, Hadoop) is a plus as well as hands-on experience on Dataiku is a plus.

Your insights will drive performance enhancements, improve customer journeys, and empower data-driven decision-making across our digital platforms. Job DescriptionSite Performance & Conversion Optimization

  • Own the performance analysis of ABYAT's ECommerce sites.
  • Identify and recommend opportunities to increase conversion rates and maximize revenue.
  • Track and optimize micro-conversions to enhance user flows and streamline the path to purchase.

Strategic Insight & Measurement

  • Design and implement a robust measurement framework to support both site and cross-functional teams.
  • Provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations based on site analytics and key business drivers.
  • Analyze the impact of content, features, and campaigns on customer behavior and business outcomes.

Collaboration Across Teams

  • Work closely with the Marketing Analytics team to connect campaign performance with user behavior.
  • Support the transition to a multi-touch attribution model.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in web/digital analytics, ideally within an ECommerce setting.
  • Expertise in Google Analytics (GA4), including tagging and tracking implementation.
  • Strong understanding of user behavior analysis and conversion funnels.
  • Hands-on experience with multi-touch attribution models.
  • Proficient in A/B testing and web performance optimization.
  • Skilled in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or similar platforms.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and SQL for data modeling and manipulation.
  • Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and storytelling abilities, especially in translating complex data into impactful narratives.
