We are looking for a skilled MFG Diagnostics Software Engineer to join our Vehicle End-of-Line (EOL) team, supporting the validation and bring-up of vehicle electrical systems during manufacturing. This role involves designing and maintaining test systems, developing diagnostic tools, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality vehicle output. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with electrical systems, software flashing, and troubleshooting in a fast-paced production environment. You’ll play a key role in improving EOL processes, equipment reliability, and First Time Through (FTT) rates. This is a high-impact role at the intersection of engineering and manufacturing excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Develop vehicle EOL test routines using in-house/third-party authoring tools
- Develop and implement processes to bring up and validate the vehicle's electrical systems during manufacturing processes.
- Develop and implement systems to manage and maintain End-of-Line (EOL) test equipment
- Lead initiatives to improve EOL FTT (First Time Through rate)
- Work closely with multidisciplinary engineers to collect and interpret the component and vehicle level requirements and to translate them into a scalable system-level validation procedure to be performed during the vehicle testing process.
- Identify the root causes of issues during vehicle bring-up, and EOL testing, and work with Lucid software integration/manufacturing teams to develop robust resolutions.
- Develop engineering tools to support activities such as software flashing, diagnostic services, and engineering data exchange. This may include working collaboratively with vendors to formulate and build applications and tool customizations to optimize and automate the software updating process.
- Provide on-site support to manufacturing partners to manage vehicle bring-up including troubleshooting of vehicle systems, end-of-line testing, and sensor calibration.
- Proficiency in automotive diagnostic tools, electrical testing equipment design and development, and software (e.g., CANalyzer, Oscilloscopes, etc.).
- Proficiency in CAN/LIN/Ethernet/UDS/DoIP/ODX/OTX etc.
- Proficiency in programming languages (Python, Java, C, C++ etc.)
- Experience with failure mode analysis methodologies like FMEA and fault trees
- Ability to understand complex manufacturing processes and systems
- Strong understanding of the electrical and software architecture of modern automotive vehicles
- Experience with integration and automation of manufacturing and test equipment
- Customer-focused, positive, supportive, self-motivated, considerate personality required – must work well in a team environment
- Ability to manage complex projects and keep projects on track
- 3-5 years of experience in EOL testing, troubleshooting, or validation in the automotive industry. EV experience is a must.
- Proficiency in programming and EOL test authoring tools (preferably DSA Prodis Automation), and test systems design and development

Your Expertise:
- 8-10 years of work experience in a senior Finance role with international working experiences in different countries and cultures. Also reflected in HQ, country and regional finance function.
- Substantial relevant professional experience within a finance function, providing and presenting insightful financial information and commercial analysis to influence leaders across an organization.
- Degree in finance/accounting or related (essential).
- Chartered Accountant / Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license or similar is an advantage.

Responsibilities- Strategic Account Management

Manufacturing Diagnostics Software Sr. Engineer – Lucid Motors Middle East. We are seeking a skilled Sr. Software Engineer – MFG Diagnostics to join our Vehicle End-of-Line (EOL) team, supporting the validation and bring-up of vehicle electrical systems during manufacturing. This role involves designing and maintaining test systems, developing diagnostic tools, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality vehicle output. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with electrical systems, software flashing, and troubleshooting in a fast-paced production environment. You’ll play a key role in improving EOL processes, equipment reliability, and First Time Through (FTT) rates. This is a high-impact role at the intersection of engineering and manufacturing excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Develop vehicle EOL test routines using in-house/third-party authoring tools
- Develop and implement processes to bring up and validate the vehicle's electrical systems during manufacturing processes
- Develop and implement systems to manage and maintain End-of-Line (EOL) test equipment
- Lead initiatives to improve EOL FTT (First Time Through rate)
- Work closely with multidisciplinary engineers to collect and interpret component and vehicle level requirements and translate them into a scalable system-level validation procedure to be performed during vehicle testing
- Identify root causes of issues during vehicle bring-up and EOL testing, and collaborate with Lucid software integration/manufacturing teams to develop robust resolutions
- Develop engineering tools to support activities such as software flashing, diagnostic services, and engineering data exchange; may include working with vendors to build applications and tool customizations to optimize and automate software updating
- Provide on-site support to manufacturing partners to manage vehicle bring-up including troubleshooting of vehicle systems, end-of-line testing, and sensor calibration
- Proficiency in automotive diagnostic tools, electrical testing equipment design and development, and software (e.g., CANalyzer, Oscilloscopes, etc.)
- Proficiency in CAN/LIN/Ethernet/UDS/DoIP/ODX/OTX etc.
- Proficiency in programming languages (Python, Java, C, C++ etc.)
- Experience with failure mode analysis methodologies like FMEA and fault trees
- Ability to understand complex manufacturing processes and systems
- Strong understanding of the electrical and software architecture of modern automotive vehicles
- Experience with integration and automation of manufacturing and test equipment
- Customer-focused, positive, supportive, self-motivated, considerate personality; must work well in a team
- Ability to manage complex projects and keep projects on track
- 5-7 years of experience in electrical testing, troubleshooting, or validation in the automotive industry. EV experience is a must.
- Proficiency in programming and EOL test authoring tools (preferably DSA Prodis Automation), and test systems design and development
