We are seeking an experienced Design Coordination/Client Liaison PM roles Terminals & Support Facilities specializing in airport projects. The role involves being a critical part of a site-based team led by the Engineering/Design Director, ensuring coordination, analysis, and construction oversight while serving as a key liaison with clients and stakeholders.

This role is based in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (Riyadh) based and will require attendance at the design offices during the working week.

Euro Group for Engineering Consultancy is seeking a highly creative and experienced Project Design Manager to spearhead the architectural design of hospitals and other healthcare facilities across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This role requires a passionate and visionary leader with a specialized and deep understanding of the unique design considerations for modern healthcare environments, KSA building codes, and a proven ability to translate client needs into innovative and functional spaces that promote patient well-being and efficient healthcare delivery. The Project Manager / Director will be responsible for overseeing all design aspects of projects, from conceptualization to detailed design and construction documentation.

Responsibilities

• Deep and specialized understanding of KSA building codes, healthcare regulations, and construction practices (Saudi Building Code, Ministry of Health standards, infection control, accessibility).
