Job Purpose

The purpose of this role is to support the Design and Development team in executing technical tasks and responsibilities that contribute to the successful design, testing, and implementation of Medium Voltage (MV) products. Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to ensure alignment on project specifications, participate in internal testing and quality assurance efforts, and assist in the development of industrialization plans. Key Accountability Areas

Comprehensive Knowledge and Practice:

  • Execute all tasks, duties, and responsibilities associated with the Engineering role in Design and Development (D&D), following the job description for detailed guidance.

Team and Task Support:

  • Support the D&D team by assisting in activities and contributing to task completion within the department.

Cross-Department Collaboration:

- Understanding of the roles played by other departments on projects including basic construction practices and the economics involved.
- Proven track record of coordinating and delivering large scale projects.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs, with the ability to prioritize workloads and meet tight deadlines.
- Skilled in managing teams and delivering results in a collaborative, cross-departmental environment.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills, with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
- A professional license from a recognized licensing or registration board.
- Experience working in Saudi Arabia and/or the Gulf region is highly preferred.
