Job Description

The ideal candidate will have strong creative skills and a portfolio demonstrating their passion for illustrative design and typography. Experience with various design platforms, including digital and print, is required.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure design consistency across media outlets.
  • Create compelling logos, designs, and media for print and digital formats.
  • Stay updated on industry standards, social media trends, and market developments.

Qiddiya Investment Company is excited to announce an opening for the role of Associate Director - Development - Mixed-Use. In this strategic position, you will play a vital role in the design and execution of mixed-use developments, aiming to create a vibrant community that blends residential, commercial, and entertainment spaces.

As the Associate Director, you will be responsible for the comprehensive planning and implementation of mixed-use projects that align with Qiddiya's vision. Your expertise will drive collaborative efforts across teams to ensure projects enhance the overall visitor and resident experience.


Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and execution of mixed-use strategies that foster community engagement and sustainable growth.
  • Collaborate with architects, planners, and stakeholders to design innovative mixed-use environments that integrate seamlessly with Qiddiya's overall objectives.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and market research to assess potential opportunities and inform project direction.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with government entities, partners, and community groups to ensure alignment and support for project initiatives.
  • Drive innovative design and construction solutions that prioritize sustainability and enhance the mixed-use experience.
  • Prepare progress reports and presentations for senior management, showcasing project advancements and strategy implementation.
  • Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Architecture, Real Estate Development, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
  • A minimum of 10-15 years of experience in mixed-use development or large-scale real estate projects
  • Strong knowledge of project management processes, regulations, and best practices
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities with a track record of managing diverse teams
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess market trends and project feasibility
  • Experience in collaborative environments and ability to manage multiple stakeholders
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools
