- Restoring or replacing natural teeth by fabricating crowns, fixed and removable bridges, dentures, and dental implants.
- Constructing dental prostheses for implantology and maxillo-facial reconstructions.
- Receiving physical dental impression molds or computerized models from dental practices and studying dentists' instructions.
- Encasing wax replicas of dental impressions with suitable mold materials.
- Constructing prostheses and devices by replacing wax with plastic, metal, or ceramic materials.
- Polishing and finishing dental prostheses and devices prior to placement by dentists.
- Adjusting dental prostheses and devices before final placement.
- Managing supply inventories, performing routine equipment maintenance, and facilitating repairs.
- Documenting processes, as well as adhering to industry regulations and safety standards.
- Keeping informed of advancements in the field of dental laboratory technologies and techniques.
- At least 2 years of experience as a dental laboratory technician.
- In-depth knowledge of dental prostheses, devices, and related technologies.
- Extensive experience in constructing, replacing, repairing, and restoring dental devices.
- Proficiency in dental laboratory computer-aided manufacturing (CAM) software.
- Exceptional manual dexterity and precision.
Qualification & Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor s Degree in Medical Technology or equivalent.
- Current Registration in the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a Dental Laboratory setting.

The Senior Advanced Dental Laboratory Technician is responsible for overseeing the fabrication process in the dental lab, ensuring precision and quality in dental products. This role includes managing all receiving and shipping duties to maintain seamless operations.

- Mount casts on various articulators, from basic models to advanced fully adjustable types, using facebow records and interocclusal registrations provided by dentists.
- Manage the receipt and shipment of all dental work across the field, ensuring adherence to infection control protocols in line with JHAH policies.
- Handle production and quality control tasks, assist with preventive and routine maintenance on equipment, and provide on-the-job guidance in this specialty.
- Operate with minimal supervision due to specialist-level expertise.
- Possess proficiency in 3D scanning for milling and fabricating implant titanium hybrid frameworks and zirconia crowns, knowledgeable in digital dentistry.
SCFHS Certification as applicable.
